It was awesome loved the servuce the lady in the frontdesk had my key ready as soon as i gave her my name shed like here you go i was stunned how fast that was keep the giod service and prices too

This was just an alright stay. The carpeted floor had no padding. We asked for an ada accessible room. While the doors were wide enough the shower was still a walk in with a tub. If one were in a wheelchair they would not have been able to shower. It was a little comical as they had a towel rack low enough for someone to reach from a chair. The shower itself had no grip to it and was really slick. I almost fell as i stepped in. The deadbolt was broken so were unable to fully secure the room at night.

The initiation of my stay left much to be desired. I took advantage of the digital pre-check-in service through the hotel's app, diligently noting my arrival time of 3 PM. After several hours of traveling, I arrived punctually, only to be informed that our room was still not ready and there would be an additional wait of approximately 45 minutes. This unforeseen delay disrupted the remainder of my day's itinerary. Although the hotel boasts cutting-edge technology, there seemed to be a lack of intelligent communication to pre-emptively manage guest expectations. Moreover, the app's functionality failed to perform as a digital door key on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The response from the front desk staff was indifferent, with a nonchalant, "Yeah, sometimes that happens." The breakfast offerings were decent, although nothing more than the standard fare one would expect. Despite the initial disappointment, I must commend the quality of the accommodations, which were highly satisfactory. The room was immaculate, offering a pleasing contrast to the initial check-in experience. However, the shaky start did cast a slight shadow over the otherwise pleasant stay.

A hotel this size has 2 luggage carts and for over 4 hours both are missing. I had to take everything by hand up to the 4th floor for my special needs son who is in a wheelchair... and i had to have my son in tow on each trip to the car and then back to the room.

I specifically stayed at this hotel because they had an actual breakfast as well as a hot tub. The biggest positive that I wasn't expecting was the central heating. No loud air coming on and off throughout the night. HOWEVER, the temperature of the hot tub so SOOOO hot that everyone could on stay in the tub only a couple of minutes before their skin was bright red. I was very disappointed. The next morning after a good night sleep (thank you quiet heater) I went down to breakfast. People were making waffles and toast and cereal and eating eggs and everything looked good because the staff was constantly taking away the trays and replacing them. (Annoying but understandable; they wanted the buffet to look nice.) HOWEVER, there was NO where to sit. Most tables for 4 had 1 person sitting at them. (It was very crowded.) I had a plate full of food and had to stand in the lobby with my drink on the floor. A trip to Denny's would have actually been better. (The food would have been as well.) I will stay at this hotel again, but only because of the central air.

Check in delay. When you say check in starts at 3:00pm. I expect my room to be available for check in at that time. Waiting doesn't leave a favorable impression and places a damper on the rest of the stay. What else was forgotten or missed by the establishment?? Are they trustworthy with my personal information??

We always stay at the Hampton when visiting our son in Salem. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast in the morning.

Everything was very clean. Every time we used the elevator, it had been sanitized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Stay was completely satisfactory. We had no problems. Staff was courteous and efficient.
