It was great, good location. Swimming pool was nice, hot tub was a nice. Great to eat at Danny's for breakfast

This area has a homeless problem. People sleeping in cars out back, caught them looking through cars. Digging through the trash every night we were there. We stayed 3 days. Tv remote barley worked. Humidity problem in the room. I tried to go to the hot tub late Saturday but there were people drinking and little kids jumping in and out . It was dirty. very disappointed. It was one of the reasons I chose the hotel and didn’t get to use it. The breakfast is a joke. You have to go to dennys across the parking lot and wait an hour for a table and nothing is free like the website claims. You get 10 dollars off your bill or 1 thing to choose from but still have to pay a tip plus coffee . Ridiculous. I can’t believe this hotel has good reviews. They must be getting paid. Weird . I wrote to the hotel but all the manager said was the same cut and paste on every bad review

This property finds the perfect balance between comfort, function, and price. It’s clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the rooms are very well thought-out with functional lighting, desk area, etc. Great dining options are a couple of miles away in downtown Salem, which is a little far, but worth the drive if you prefer interesting, healthy food. It was a great stay.

Very well kept property and an entertaining staff. Only issue was what sound like a toddler pea ring the long jump in the room above us. Nice place. Breakfast is at Dennys. At this time free basic brekkie w drink or $10. Not bad.

Be advised that the “Breakfast included” is not located on-site at the hotel premises- you need to walk across the parking lot to Denny’s. Strong smell of smoke around the area. Hot tub and sauna are for 21 and over only (so was not an option for my children even with me as an adult. But staff are friendly and restaurant customer service is good.

Probably one of the best western I’ve ever stayed at rooms were outstanding staff was great all amenities at the hotel were top notch
Only bad it they give you breakfast vouchers for the Dennys in the parking lot which is terrible, wouldn’t change my mind about staying there just dine elsewhere

Nice facility. King room was nice and roomy. Front desk (Misty) very accommodating. Only complaint was hand towels not replaced every day, and refrigerator a bit small.
