Very clean room spacious and very friendly staff! Over all a great place to stay!

The number one reason we chose this property over others was for the indoor pool, so my kids could enjoy during the day. The heater was broken and the water was COLD. OK, no big deal because there's a hot tub....until it stopped working. The rooms were large, which was really nice. However, looking closer, things werent great. Mold in the bathrooms, poor lighting in the rooms. The swimming area was in pretty bad condition with lots of rust and moldy areas. Other non-essential thing, for instance, new curtains had been put up in the room we stayed in. We could tell because they didnt patch the holes in the wall or paint. The fitted sheets came off the bed super easily and happened every day repeatedly. All in all, nothing drastically bad, but we wouldnt choose to stay here again.

Some of the staff where very nice but when we went to go check out we couldn’t get our deposit back for the 2nd time

Hot tub was out of order and the indoor pool was in an all seas on room that was not heated. Kids didn’t care for their stay.

The only problem I continue to have is the indoor pool is so unbearably cold, it’s impossible to enjoy. I’ve selected this hotel for nearly monthly visits for almost 3 years, because it has an indoor pool, however because it’s impossible to use, I may have to find another

We stay here only in the winter because it has an indoor pool and hot tub which has been out of order every time. I think we are done trying and will stay at a nicer hotel.
