En este lugar a veces la recepcionista es un poco seria y tuvimos una experiencia de que alguien entró a la habitación aunque dijeron que era de limpieza y lo solucionaron.

The room was clean enough but found an old gum wrapper on the floor at the foot of the bed. Terribly slow elevator and no stairs they provide access to the rooms

Quiet, comfortable room. We are from out of town and the staff was helpful navigating us around the area finding things to do.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. Good price. Huge room. It was all clean. Front desk staff was friendly.

Whenever I come to town to visit family I stay here. They have been in the process of renovating , but it never seemed to get in the way of an excellent stay. Room was spacious, the staff is friendly.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t come higher recommended. VERY PET FRIENDLY!!!! The rooms are very clean and spacious. The shower was very very nice, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was wonderful. The people at the front desk are absolutely amazing. I parked my work truck in a spot that was apparently not visible to the cameras. About 2100hrs, the front desk called my room and talk about this. She even walked out back with me and showed me where I should park to have total visibility for the cameras. I think her name was Deanna, but I forgot to ask her directly. The woman at the front desk in the morning was worried I was going to try and complain, so I’m not sure she wanted to give up her coworker’s actual name😂welcome to the new normal of no one ever leaving a review unless it’s incredibly negative.

Didn’t like the area of the hotel. It was in a bad area. Hotel was super out of date. Staff was nice. Hotel rating C.

The staff and especially Callie was AMAZING!!! We had loud people above us and Callie found us a top floor room within seconds! Very professional and accommodating! Room is spacious and great amenities but needs new tub, flooring, curtains, etc.. Breakfast was delicious and kind service! Nice lobby! Comfy beds!!! TY! :)
