It was very nice and quiet

The king rooms are updated and cleaner than the old rooms, the only problem I have is the room I booked clearly showed a room with a hot tub but for $70 I should have known better but still don't false advertise, some people will see that an be very upset when they realize there's not a hot tub in here, the lamps, bed and room decor are excellent and the bathroom was also clean which is what everyone expects and wants and the lady up front wasn't even that rude to me this time lol seriously though Howard is in the top 6 or 7 hotels available in Salem I enjoy the views and a majority of the time the rooms I'm placed in!

Nous avons dû frapper à 6h15 pour qu’on nous ouvre et déjeuner. C’était fermé et pour ce duo est du déjeuner… n’en Parlons pas: pas de pain, pas de bols pour Corn Flake ou sachets de gruau, pas de jus dans la machine à jus et café de la veille dans la cafetière…

Chambre correcte. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. Le déjeuner le matin rien au menu. L’accueil la personne pas de sourire avait son manteau sur le dos elle répondait aux questions comme si elle était écœurée de son travail

This hotel did not have a working gym, even though it said it did both when I booked it and when I arrived. They also did not have extra blankets, the toilet would not flush when we arrived and my husband had to fix it. The staff were not so helpful and the overall experience was not at all positive.

Heat barely worked. TV did not work and staff did not offer much at getting it working. Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before getting waited on. No one at desk and had to call number. Other features were good.

The area is very quiet and people are respectful. I would recommend a stay to a friend or family. Rooms were clean as well. Breakfast is a plus and good.

Very run-down. Pictures in the website were deceiving, making it look much better than what it was. Trash and debris even in front of the door of the room. Room had a nasty smell. Didn't feel safe, decided to stay elsewhere even if it meant I would lose the money I paid for this place.
