Quick one night stay. Good amenities, and a clean hotel. Nice pool and food options also. Only down side, we were informed we would receive complimentary drinks and also breakfast packed as we were departing early. We received neither. Overall a good stay with kind staff

The staff at this hotel was excellent and we want to recognize Isha at the front desk who was also a concierge and ***ageress. Isha exceeded our expectations for providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.She gave us dining suggestions for lunch and dinner and called taxis when we needed one. We were a group of 6 and when we needed a big taxi, she made sure the right one arrived. Accolades to the team at Le Meridien and to Isha.

Lovely propert , easy accessible, well connected, spacious enough, helpful staff , great selection of buffet in breakfast and dinner. Overall excellent- we will go next time to stay here again.

From the moment we checked in till the time we checked out, we had a most wonderful experience. Rooms were spotless, staff incredibly friendly, welcoming and nothing that they couldn’t do or help with. We were treated very well. Our experience with our meals at the hotel great. Tasty, delicious, breakfast/dinner. Can’t praise the chefs and staff who served us enough. Well done L Meredian, you exceeded our expectations!!! We loved our stay with you 😊😊

I liked it overall, however, I haven’t traveled or stayed in five star hotels in India, so I don’t have anything to compare it with. Having said that the service was good. The food was OK, pretty busy at breakfast time. When I checked in, I found hair around the wash basin. if they really want to improve, they might want to concentrate on cleaning their rooms a little better.

Over an average property… Not sure if it’s worth the money that we paid. Typical 4 star hotel. Medium-size pool, small gym and facilities. The hotel is in need of a renovation. Carpets are worn and torn in ***y areas and needs to be replaced. The main building elevator smells of food. If you enter the breakfast buffet (latest recipe), your clothes, smell of food… Maybe there’s a problem with the ventilation and extraction in the buffet restaurant… Would recommend the hotel please take a look at this and address this. The staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful and made special food for my father, who has got ***y allergies and intolerances. Special kudos to the chef Nitin, who went out of his way to help with special dishes
