Casa Ceibo Hotel

A lovely warm welcome with home made lemon/lime drink. After a boat trip to Corozan island, we toured the hotel which is beautiful with locally sourced wood. They also layed on a fantastic lunch for a small group. It was delicious. Thank you! ( Regent Splendor)

Wonderful set menu 3 courses plus cocktail and dinner wine. Great appetizers, great deserts Beautiful place and really nice people. Everything was well prepared and tasty. Highly recommend this place for an enjoyable night out. Our chef is from Peru and he was a real pleasure to speak with.

I’ve never felt like this before. When I left this hotel I felt I was leaving my house and my family. My husband and my daughter felt like this also. Rosy, Karina, Hugo and Neri treated us like they’ve known us since forever! I’ve travelled all around Ecuador since I’ve memory. I can’t recall a time I’ve had this feeling. I always have an issue with hotels, but not with this one. Not even one! The food that Hugo cooked for us is hands down the best I’ve tried in this country! The staff was so friendly and nice all the time. The pool was amazing. Walking through a mangrove forest in the hotel you’re staying is just priceless. I’ll be coming back and recomend this place to everyone. Thank you so much Casa Ceibo!!!

This review if for the restaurant. We had previously stayed at this hotel and loved it. We just relocated to Ecuador from the US and decided to celebrate our anniversary at Casa Ceibo. We called two days in advance and made reservations. We arrived on time and we were asked to wait downstairs as a family with children was upstairs. Thought this was a strange request. After 20 minutes I asked to please be seated at our table. The table next to us had several women and children. The children were totally out of control, listening to games on their phones at full volume, opening and slamming doors, playing with trucks on the floor. Our chef came out and sat with this family. We asked our waitress for assistance and she just shrugged her shoulders. It was fine dining in a day care setting. Will never return.

El hotel es pequeño, muy bien decorado y con unos lindos jardines y área de piscina, todo tal cual se ve en las fotografías del hotel. La habitación amplia, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. El personal muy atento y servicial, nos dieron sugerencias de lugares con buena comida y lugares cercanos a visitar. La comida estuvo deliciosa, 100% recomendada, y me pareció que no estaba cara en comparación a otros lugares. Nos hospedamos 4 días, de jueves a domingo. Nos gustó mucho, seguro regresaremos cuando el destino sea Bahía o sus alrededores

Pese a que la pandemía a afectado la economía del establecimiento y eso se ve reflejado en el mantenimiento del lugar y los servicios que ofrecen, la atención fue muy buena, el personal se esmero en poder atender los requerimientos. Espero que pronto vuelva a tener todos los servicios funcionando.

He vuelto al hotel después de varios años y sigue siendo espectacular, vine por una noche y decidí quedarme por más tiempo. Las personas de servicio muy amables, la comida deliciosa. Muy recomendado visitarlo
