I had a most pleasant experience staying at the America Best value Inn in Salisbury the staff and management wizard very helpful and hospitable

I didn’t like this place at all. It was dirty and just made me feel uncomfortable. I have to stay in hotels sometimes due to Family Violence issues and I can’t stand it when hotels feel like they can operate like their customers deserve that at home. No - make me grateful to have a safe place to stay, not make me feel like it’s even less safe or just as unsafe.

There was no dining option and they are in the middle of renovation so it's a bit of a mess.

It totally wasn't what I expected to be for such short notice but it was very nice comfortable and the front desk clerk was very nice and friendly Its totally recommended

The property did not match the pictures that were shown on the website, I had bullet holes on my window and side of the wall, and when asked for a refund they told me to call the next day because they weren’t handling that at the moment due to someone not being there.

We were there December 2022 and they were doing renovations. Still doing renovations December 2023. Roomsbstill outdated and bed very uncomfortable. Maybe our next stay will be better

The property is under renovation. And it seems they are using the renovation as an excuse for the horrible conditions. There appear to be several rooms that have completed the renovation process. These rooms are NOT occupied, instead the rooms are empty with the curtains open so you can get a good view of what is not being used. Instead the rooms that are offered are smelly, poorly maintained, holes in walls,and ceilings with a bonus of roaches as well. And Yes, we left. Even after telling the man in the office of the conditions in the room, no refund was available because it was after the free cancellation period. We found a safe, sanitary and secure place to stay and feel like we were lucky not to have been unable to afford to relocate and stuck in a unsafe, unsecured, and most definitely unsanitary room.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The rates are very reasonable also.
