Very good staff and great location

Would like to start by mentioning the hospitality and service was outstanding and surpassed all our expectations. Special mention to Basant Pandey, Suryansh & team at The Orchid Restaurant. Felt very homely and well taken care off.

So ambisioius place specially orchid restaurant breakfast is very nice and all staff are very masala tea counter is so good specially the staff member shaista is so helpful and nice

I recently went to Fortune Park BBD to order 1 kg Mango cake for my father. The cake was ready in 5 hours after I gave the order. When we went to collect the cake it was dinner time and Asif offered my mother cappuccino despite being very busy. Thank you Asif. The cake was so delicious and the cream was very soft. Each layer of the cake had Fresh fruits cut in. Chef Vazir Alam did a great job. The cake was very delicious. I thank the chef for making the cake worth remembering. Good luck Chef Vazi Alam.

Atmosphere of the hotel is very good, service is excellent, rooms are specious, all other facilities provided like swimming pool, gym, spa etc. food quality is really good. staffs are very helpful specially Ms. Kajal is very much supportive.

Great service by the staff everywhere in the hotel. Tooms were spacious and comfortable and food was delish. They had lots of varities and every dish was perfect. Thanks Sakshi and others for your service. Highly recommend! Will be back when in Lucknow.
