Typical budget hotel, tiny room with outdated furnishing and decor.

They still had the cleaning staff working at 11:30 when I was going to bed. They didn’t have breakfast ready until 7:53 even though they advertised it for 7:30. The room was terribly dirty. We found dental floss on the floor. Some areas had not been cleaned in a long time. While the sheet’s actually had stains on them. Not recommended at all. I wouldn’t recommend even parking on that property.

There seemed to be an error that housekeeping wasn't completed for the room I was rented. There were no towels or face cloths, no drinking cups, and there was only 1 Kurreg pod and it was tea. The bath tub was very dusty on the edge and it had short curly hairs in it (if you get my meaning). There was nobody at the desk for check-out. Key cards were laying all over the counter. I left a note with my phone # about the condition of the room. I did not hear from anyone.

We stayed here on our way through Salmon Arm, and I’m glad we were only there for about 8 hours. The room was non-smoking, but smelled like it had been smoked in very recently. The toilet didn’t flush easily and it took 2-3 times, even if was just TP. The bathroom walls also had some questionable brown splatters in some areas, and water damage stains behind the toilet. Beds were soft, but lumpy from being old, and the frames squeaked every time you moved. We were told that it was a hot continental breakfast, and it started at 7:30, which we discovered meant it started getting prepared at 7:30. Hot breakfast meant there was a single toaster for plain bread. We got the choice of about 4 other breakfast items - an apple or orange, a yogurt or cereal. Overall, it was a place to lay our head after a long day, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean but dusty...when we went for breakfast in the morning there was hardly any choices 😕 no one around to re stock either . Wouldn't be a first choice a second time .

I guess you get what you pay for, TV in room didn’t work, room wasn’t quite ready, cleaning supplies left in room, not sufficient towels,

The person who checked me in was nice. But it took a while of me standing waiting to be checked in. It literally sounded like people were gathered in the hallway partying at night and they were sooooo loud it was really hard to sleep

No staff at desk upon arrival, note to use phone to contact someone. Phone rang half a dozen times then transfered to another phone at the front desk. Continued ringing and finally someone came out of somewhere to check me in. Got to the room and no remote for the tv or facecloths and only one hand towel. Back to the front desk, another round on the phone to get someone to the desk. Told he would find a remote and the motel dosen't supply facecloths. Also dirty towels and linen on the floor in the hall at the laundry the entire time we were there.
