聖斯精品酒店(Hotel Senses)

The rooms were great and the service was even better. Had a lot of variety in the restaurant menu and the food we had was great

My experience was great it has good members of staff with provides good service. Room was also very clean with all the essential items.

Property location is very good, food quality is nice, staff behavior is cool, cleaning room is nice.

We old couple stayed for one night. All the staff of the hotel extended all kind of help to us. We are very glad to stay there.

Excellent experience but we want single bed but they provided double bed that was very uncomfortable

Doesn’t seems like 4 star. I wouldn’t definitely recommend this hotel to stay for anyone. The buffet which they have only 1 non veg item without any desert and snacks. Think before you book. Only rooftop liqua js nice

Hotel facility was good, staff is very good. Clean room food need some improvement specially lunch and dinner

Selected this hotel due to it's proximity with tics gitiban where i had some work. I will rate this hotel excellent, rooms were good, they have a top floor swimming pool with bar where mostly young couples keep roaming. Food is also good but you can book complimentary breakfast where you get buffet. Lunch or dinner if u want alacrte book complimentary, if want a buffet you better pay and eat. Overall nice experience. Rooms were also good 4 star

I had a meeting with one of my business partner in the room and they refused to let him allow to come in the room. With much deliberation they permitted him to come in my room for the said meeting. Next day morning while taking the bath water disappeared from the tap. When i called the reception they said that overhead water tank is empty as the motor which pumps the water has burnt. On my second day i asked water for which they said that it will be given on billable basis. I said send me the ro water and pat came the reply that ro is not working. So put together everything the experience was very disappointing
