When I first arrived, it was in a remote location. Almost like a hidden gem! It has good customer service and very friendly staff, and the room was past my expectations. Overall it was great experience and I would definitely come again!

Good ambience, well behaved staff, range of amenities. First time staying in kolkata, they handled everything with quite haste, given the crowd they were handling. Smooth processing, good food, well responsive people.

Great Hotel with great Ambiance and very friendly Staff. Beautiful property to stay with family. One of the best located and serviced hotel in India... A quite understated hotel which will overwhelm you with its luxury, service and above all the wonderfully hospitable staff. In love with the hotel.

The service was excellent! Front house, housekeeping, the restaurant, breakfast were excellent & fabulous. I really enjoyed my stay there. The staffs were friendly and accommodating with my requests. I was thoroughly overwhelmed by their warmth and hospitality. Food was excellent. Absolutely noise-free crowd ...something very rare in the City of 'woe'...Would love to visit there again soon

They do not accept foreigners but they took bookings & re-confirmed prior my trip. After my arrivsl To the hotel I was denied! The hotel ***ager was kind though making neccessary contact with the central booking system! After 3-4 hours of waiting I was directed to another hotel called Treebo hoop or hope Which was an absolute lousy! The bed sheet was stained, the towels were wet, smelly & dirty! I have taken sevaral pictures to post to compare! The pictures in their website is utterly false.

Had an awesome stay.from check in to check out everything was great.food quality was also great.Sanjiv da was so helpful and everytime he supported us.In a pocket friendly price this hotel is very much recommended

Check in was smooth, room was big and comfortable. The service was decent at breakfast. Check out was also quick and pleasant. A special mention to Mr Prashanat at front desk who helped me patiently to register my Digi Yatra to load my boarding pass for seamless Kolkata airport entry & security. He was very professional and attentive to my need at that moment.
