The room was clean and comfortable. We used the jacuzzi in the snow, that was fun! The front desk was helpful.

Our car is not driveable and we have to fly home now with 4 people tickets were over a thousand dollars. Our hotel room and stay was terrible no service no towels no toilet paper…. despite the robbery and theft all of our Christmas belongings ON CHRISTMAS. Our car being shattered and four kids pretty violated.. This is time sensitive and will need to be dealt with ASAP Thank u.

The rooms are great. I’ve stayed here before but this trip I had multiple items stolen from my truck in the PARKING GARAGE!! I learned that there are ZERO cameras in the garage and only one at main entrance. So keep this in mind and secure all items. Next time I’ll just bring everything to the room! Hopefully they improve the safety of their property for the customers and also the vehicles/property.

The staff was extremely rude. Lane the maintenance man yelled at me outside. Then the next day my daughter went swimming, and we went up to our room. She took a shower and as we were walking out at 12:04 he banged on the door to tell us that we were 4 minutes past check out and that we needed to leave the hotel. I have been traveling my entire life. If someone is late for checkout the front desk calls to see if they would like a late checkout or to see if we are coming down. We literally were walking down to check out. He was so unprofessional and should be fired. There were ants in our room. The ATM took my debit card. And our room smelled like incense. Do not recommend

Muy bien cuidada con habitaciones muy limpias y modernas

Nice place for business or a good place to sleep in between runs to ski at the varioua resorts in Little Cottonwood Canyon. The bed are comfy. Could use some firmer pillow options and better hair dryers. Outside of that I found it to be a very nice stay.

Easy check in, nice comfortable rooms. Clean hotel. A lot of common area space. Garage parking

I stayed here for a week trip of snowboarding on nearby slopes. The location was excellent as I was able to get to all the mountains easily. I had originally attempted to upgrade my room, shortly after booking it, but was not allowed to do so. While my room met my needs, comfortably, it was disappointing that breakfast offering was purchase only and not an included as a benefit of staying here.

Clean and great amenities. Close to good restaurants and coffee. Close to great hikes.
