古愛梅酒店及水療中心(Guemes Hotel & Spa)

Hôtel Güemes est très bien situé et bien aménagé car récemment rénové. Chambre un peu petite mais insonorisée, très propre et fonctionnelle. Malgré une caution retenue sur ma carte avant notre arrivée, l’hôtel a exigé le versement de la totalité du prix des 2 nuits avant la remise de la clé. N’ayant pas suffisamment de pesos à notre arrivée à 15h, j’ai proposé de payer 1/3 restant du prix total soit en $US soit payer le lendemain après avoir changé mes devises à la banque. L’hôtel a refusé et m’a gentiment accordé un délai jusqu’à 19h pour verser le complément. Inacceptable pour une chambre payée environ 150€ la nuit. Autre incident désagréable, au moment de notre départ, nous avons été retenus à la réception pour qu’un employé aille contrôler la chambre pour qu’ensuite on soit autorisé à prendre notre taxi qui nous attendait. Lors du petit déjeuné disposé en buffet le choix était libre mais il fallait demander à un employé de nous servir. C’est bien pour l’hygiène et gaspillage de la nourriture mais on s’est senti surveillé. En tout cas il ne faut être parano ou avoir des têtes de voleurs comme nous pour aller dans cet hôtel.

Excelente ubicación a una cuadra de la plaza central y la Catedral. Hotel totalmente reciclado. Muy buenas camas, baños con muy buena presión y amplios. Excelente atención sobre todo de los mozos en el desayuno. Desayuno muy completo. Un lugar muy cómodo y confortable. En el spa son muy buenos los masajes. Tiene un estacionamiento al lado del hotel. lo objetable: no ensucien las toallas con maquillaje xq les cobran el lavado!!!

Perfect location, 1/2 block from the main square. The hotel looked recently renovated and was very clean and modern. The only minor little thing wrong was that the glass shower door was not properly sealed so the whole floor got wet each time we showered, but no big deal and I’m sure that will easily be taken care of. Too bad I wasn’t there long enough to use the beautiful spa which we did go to look at. Would stay here again!

My husband and I stayed several nights here and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very convenient to the center for food and shopping but is enough off the beat that it is less congested and feels a little safer. The staff was wonderful. There is a language barrier all over in Salta if you speak English; however, the staff at the hotel spoke well enough to have conversation. I got two massages by one of the female therapists and it was fantastic. The room was very simple but clean which is priority for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
