Four A Resort, Jammu

I had my wedding there at they had worst room service and public dealing. Reception staff was very arrogant and not helpful.

I regular y went to this resort but i have decided i ll not go again in this resort. It was very bad experience of mine in this resort the staff is very rude actually i went to resort with my friend. We were three friends i told them third one is going so we went to pool both of us used pool and third had a lunch with us at pool side after that we went to room and both of them gone and one of my friend came for 5-10 mins after that they start calling us in room talking so rudely like he is my boss or sumthing asking for me to check out they were saying sir you used our pool i said what rubbish it is it’s complimentary in hotel stay then he said third friend of u was in pool i said you can see in your cameras he was sitting outside then he said you used pool till 9 o clock then i told him its 8:30 how can i used it for 9 and you can watch your cameras we left the pool at 7 then he start saying rudely you have to check out so i had to left the property near about 9 o clock never happened before like this they are fraud i book room near 4-5 o clock after few hours they forcily check out it was very very bad experience as i went to there restaurant every day

The location was good. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had breakfast included in the package which was delicious. The staff was also cooperative.

It is a very good place to "take it easy, away from the noise and busy life of the city. The helpful staff goes one step further to make you feel comfortable. Facilities are good and fully functional. The food quality was 10/10. The lounge underpin gives the club feels just one floor above. Recommended to visit if you want to take it easy.

It was great experience at four a resort. It was very comfortable stay and the room was very spacious which i like the most and the staff was also so cooperative.

Nice ambience great hospitality lush green environment. A must visit resort to get fully recharged. They have other activities also go karting, paint ball, swimming pool, a big lawn

Awesome peace is there worth to be there i enjoyed a lot with my family and food is delicious and hope to visit against in coming day swimming pool is awesome

Can easily listen to what others are saying in next room. Breakfast was not good at all. Even 1 star hotels have better bf. Terrible to hear what was happening in next room
