服務態度很好，但是英語溝通需要提高，因為很難與服務員溝通。還有酒店管理也有待改善哦，因為房間的床上用品也不夠清楚

Nice and the best hotel in Ketapang.. Little small but still no 1 in Ketapang.. Nice service

Stayed here twice. Relatively new hotel well maintained. Good service. Rooftop lounge is good for relaxation. some rooms have no window to outside only to a small internal space. Items on room service menu quite expensive - so not good to be quarantined here. Good restaurants nearby.

What a pleasant stay during this period, amazing interior is provided around the Hotel along with a clean area and perfect food that mostly made our stay more enjoyable!! Keep it up and presistency to consistency. Safety Protocol 4 Thumbs Up!
