Está limpio pero la ubicación está regular

Decent hotel for business travellers. Rooms are clean and tidy. Room rate is fine. Bar prices are ok. Public transport (Metro) is a bit far from the hotel. Crossing the highway to go to Alcobendas city centre is a bit complex, better take a cab.

Contrate 3 habitaciones( 23/10/2023) 615 € ,precio excesivo relación calidad/precio - Limpieza justa -No toallas de lavabo. -No kit básico de higiene. - No almohadas supletorias. - Superficie de habitación doble justa. -No volveré junto a mis relaciones a un Ibis.

This was ok for an overnight stay to/from the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was small but clean and the bathroom/shower was good. But it is in a very industrial neighborhood so there is literally nowhere to go other than inside the hotel and the lobby/dining room was small. Luckily it was not crowded when I was there. The fences outside the hotel made it look like it was under construction and the whole area was kind of creepy. The dining options are VERY limited for dinner and lunch with nothing else around unless you drive. I read there was not much around so I expected more from the dining experience and lounge options.

Las habitaciones sencillas pero bien para dormir una noche o dos. Escribo esta opinión porque he estado 3 veces en este hotel y en esta última ocasión no me gustó nada la atención del desayuno. Llegamos a las 9:00, una hora muy normal, y prácticamente no quedaba nada. Hubo varias personas que pedimos que repusieran pan de semillas, zumo, café de la máquina y tortilla, y sólo sacaron tortilla. Cuando nos íbamos y ya está vacío sacaron pan y repusieron café, pero zumo de naranja no. No me gustó nada la atención recibida. La señorita que atiende en recepción ni preguntó si teníamos desayuno, y las que reponen y limpian fatal. El duelo manchado de café y no pasaron el mocho en ningún momento. Solo se ocupaban de recoger algunas mesas que tenían bandejas y sacar platos limpios. En otras ocasiones la calidad y el servicio han sido mejores.

not the best i was not a fan of the hotel i feel like there are much better places to go, however ibis hotels are good overall just not this one, i felt like the food was not the best nor was the rooms

lo mejor de el hotel es la cercania al aeropuerto. pero ten cuidado a pesar de contratar en el hoel el taxi nos cobro lo mas caro de todos mis viajes estando tan cerca, mas de 45 euros.- elpersonal exclente muyagradecido

This is a cute little hotel in a quiet area close to the airport. I loved the lobby with food, bar and tables to lounge. Rooms were exactly what we needed for a one night stay for our flight home. Great showers. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

Hitel muy básico sin mini bar ni amenities. En cuanto a la limpieza me encontré restos del inquilino anterior al llegar. No es apto para celiacos. En el menú no hay nada sin gluten, aunque para el desayuno tienen pan de molde sin gluten, pero en el buffet no tienen identificados los alérgenos, ni saben INDICARTE sobre ello. Para mí experiencia estresante en cuanto al trama del gluten pqorque el desayuno se me hacía cuesta arriba y comidas y cenas tuve CE hacerlas siempre en elnbar de al lado. En cuando a la ubicación este muy mal conectado con e centro hay una hora tanto en tren, como en metro
