This could have been a 4 or 5 star review. However, we had an experience that cannot be overlooked.
We stayed here for three nights. On the second night, as we were going to bed, the front desk called the room and said, "when you parked your car was it already wrecked?" No it was not. So my husband went downstairs to meet the police. There was footage from the security camera that showed a truck hit our parked car and drove off. But the worker on duty did not have access to zoom in on the license plate. So the police will have to come back when a manager is on duty.
The next day we were stranded at the hotel until the rental car people could come and get us in the afternoon. So our last full day was wasted on car stuff. But no one from the hotel checked in with us to see how we were or if we needed anything. No one followed up at all, not even at check out. I had to ask if the police had come back to view the footage. Any time I asked about it, the workers would say "oh. I heard about that." But that was it. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service/care that the hotel showed to us.
Now, it wasn't all bad. Morning breakfast was great. They had an actual breakfast where even my picky kids found something to eat. They even had dairy free milk. There is a non heated pool outside so my kids enjoyed that as well when it was warm in the afternoons.
