聖安東尼奧市中心/市場廣場萬怡酒店(Courtyard San Antonio Downtown/Market Square)

Cobran el estacionamiento por noche 15 dólares extras. Te piden un depósito extra de 300 dólares. Nos dijeron que el desayuno estaba incluido y cuál fue la sorpresa que lo tomaron del depósito. Al final no me regresaron nada de los 300 dólares. El desayuno no vale la pena, con 150 dólares mejor desayunas en otro lado. La calle está en obra así que no puedes pasar fácilmente.

Muy buen lugar y el personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno muy rico. La limpieza súper bien. El único detalle es que no ponen botellas de agua en las habitaciones y venden abajo en la tienda una botella por 6 dólares. Rentamos dos habitaciones y pagamos como dos mil pesos de agua. Fuimos en temporada de fiesta y no había ningún súper abierto aparte de que no hay ninguno cerca. En la tiendita de la decepción, están las botanas y bebidas y no tienen precio.

We were assigned a handicap room. Probably works great for those who experience mobility issues; however for us, the door to the bathroom was very wide; the coat hanger was lower than is usual and hit my upper arm. The bath counter top was very short (too accommodate a wheel chair to the commode) however I had to put my make up on the floor as no room on the countertop. The hotel was not full by any means and a traditional room would have been more comfortable for us.

Muy tranquilo y limpio. La gente amable. El internet no servia pero al reportarlo nos solucionaron ese tema. Lo que no entiendo es el costo del agua!! Una botella de Agua de un litro 6 dólares. Y no ponen agua en las habitaciones. Rentamos dos habitaciones. Hemos pagado un dineral de consumo de agua porque tampoco hay tiendas cerca del hotel. Fue época de fiestas para ellos y no encontramos donde comprar.

I stayed two nights and on the second night the people in the room next to mine were blasting music and partying til 4 in the morning . I phoned the front desk and they said they’d send someone, but it never quieted down. Called a second time and they offered to move me to a different room but i would’ve had to move all my bags at 3 am so I declined. Then they said they’d credit me back a night, they never ended up crediting me for a night.

We found the room very quiet, even with road construction taking place outside. There were multiple spaces to gather inside and out and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the smell of Febreze in the lobby was overwhelming and I had to severely limit my time there or get a headache and sore throat from exposure. Also, the food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. $18 for a glass of wine from a bottle that costs $14. We ended up buying items from the market one street over and borrowing glasses from the bar (tipping for them). The area is far from downtown so there is a 15-20 minute walk to the Riverwalk and limited street parking in that area. In hindsight, wish we'd stayed downtown.

The hotel is definitely very nice. The breakfast menu very limited for what you’re charged, the bistro during the week ends breakfast at 9:30am, and drinks and snacks by 9:00 pm. There are various neighborhood options, if you are wanting to venture out. This area seemed to be a more commercial or industrial area. The rooms are very clean and comfy. However, the loud noise generating from some overnight business which was non stop from 11 pm until around 5 am then it was more bearable until it suddenly stopped. I would think you could hear this all over, however, we were on Santa Rosa Street side, it may have been louder there. It made for an uncomfortable stay and an area I will not be visiting again. I did receive an email after I booked on **********, which said no hidden fees, that I would be charged $15 for parking my own vehicle! I guess they think they are in Vegas. I booked a non refundable offer to have a better rate….enough said

Nice renovated rooms. Very clean and modern. The coffee pot was missing in the room. No other issues. Great place to stay.

Hotel was nice and the room was as well. They only issue I had was finding hair in bed sheets and towels. Also the room a I booked (King) wasn’t available so I was switched to a different room.
