Great spot

Staff polite, and friendly. Lobby Christmas decorations were nice. Room was clean/comfortable. Quality mattress. Pillows were too soft for me, but I prefer a supportive pillows. Great central location. Every place we visited was within a 20 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall good, beautiful lobby. Room was spacious. Main issues was with shower. The position of the door and shower head made it impossible to turn the water on to let it warm up from outside the shower. If the door was open it sprayed water all over the floor. There was also a mold issue in the shower. Grout had broken loose and there was mold. Apart from it being gross, the hotel should fix this for longevity of the shower. The shower door hadn't been cleaned and was cloudy.

I would like to give credit where credit is deserved, Mel B was the “Hostess” when checking in my party. She gave great vibes and has excellent customer service! PLEASE let the Hilton Garden know that she was great!

Bathrooms could use upgrading, probably could use staffing help at the first desk. The clerk was handling the check in as best as she can, and with a while.

The place is nice. Conveniently located. Near shopping mall/outlets. Good restaurants in the area. The room is very spacious. The restroom space is tight. The staff is helpful, but not friendly.

I wish i would have gotten the girls name at the front desk when we arrived at 10p.m. She was amazing! It has been a year since we stayed here and she remembered us and made sure we got what we had wanted from a year ago. That is what I call customer service especially since I didn’t think we made an impression on anyone when we got there a year ago. We complained about nothing because everything and everyone was amazing. Will always stay here when we come to San Antonio

Our stay was good. I think they advertised free breakfast but they charged for it. Also their transfer system to and from airport is terrible. The use Lyft drivers who’s cars aren’t big enough to carry luggage. They need a shuttle van

We were only there for one night to catch an early flight but everyone was so nice and friendly and the hotel was very clean and beds were so comfy. We enjoyed a nice drink at the bar in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning.

Not the best check in experience but the hotel was clean and room was large

Room comfy, service, dinner at hotel and breakfast in the morning was all very exceptional.
