我真的很喜歡住在這家飯店，因為辦理入住手續非常快速和方便。設施很乾淨，工作人員友好而專業。我會再次留在這裡並將其推薦給朋友。

Candlewood 套房總是不錯的選擇，最物超所值。 房間很大，維護得很好，而且錢包很友好。

財產保持得很好。我看到兩個維護人員每天都在工作，以保持該區域的良好狀態。我的床很舒服。

When we first arrived, they wouldn’t let us in. We were 45 minutes earlier they want to charge us more money so we sat for 45 minutes in the lobby listening to the reception suck back, her snot and coughing. And speaking to someone on the phone worried about how she was going to pay her rent. When we got to the counter to get our room she had the Nerve to say our king size bed wasn’t ready when we finally get into a room in the fridge doesn’t work. It’s so loud. and ran all night long like that, so we were not very happy here.

Check in was okay. The building is okay, beds are comfy. But the fact that you can tell the bathroom floor has not been mopped. The wall across the kitchenette area had coffee splatter. The kitchenette was dirty. Great location comfy beds but you can tell housekeeping is not done like it should.

The property needs some upgrades things were falling apart in the room I was in. No breakfast, and only a snack room with poor options. Must do better will not stay again

Refrigerator sounded like a lawn mower, bedside lamp didn’t work. Uncomfortable bed and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

It was horrible the keys to the room did not work. The pool was out of service. The exit doors were not working. It was dirty smelled horrible. I did not stay there and they still charged me. I believe when they have a 4 to 5 star rating it means the hotel is in great condition. Plus the staff was very unprofessional did not try to at least be understanding or sympathetic towards me and my son.

Shuttle only works 7 am to 7 pm rooms were clean but walls in hallways and floor were dirty

Great customer service, it's actually my first time at this hotel and I'm usually in San Antonio every month. My main concern was the walls are so thin. I was checked it room 102 and it was the most horrible experience I had. A lot of stumping upstairs and I could hear conversations and the TV on the next door neighbor which the room was connecting room. I requested to be transferred to a different room that same day I checked in but the staff member said no because I was booked with a third party company. The following day I couldn't focus on doing work and school work, so I tried again and asked the front desk if I could be transferred and they let me transferred to the fourth level of the building and I had notified the staff that I was declined the first day I wanted to be move to a different room. The walls are very thin in this hotel, The only positive thing I could say is that I'm thankful that Sandra help me be moved to a different room that way I could sleep better and focus on doing work in school work.
