Tru by Hilton San Antonio North

Hotel is near many restaurants including In and Out. Tru was very clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've have in a hotel where its included. They had pancakes, eggs, bacon, hot oatmeal with all the topics, waffle makers, cereals, and amazing juice options.

Me gusto mucho la atención de recepción, muy amable la Srita. Todo excelente, las almohadas super comodas, lo único es que en el piso habia muchos cabellos y eso fue algo desagradable. Descansamos muy bien, porque no había tanto ruido de tráfico.

Hotel bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes y tiendas comerciales, no realizan la limpieza diariamente, me falto jabón, mi televisión tenía una línea en la pantalla, me gustaría que tuvieran canales en español, buena velocidad de internet, habitaciones en buenas condiciones

My trip was from Houston to San Antonio for an event. In one day and out the next. The hotel was very clean and the room was also clean, neat, and comfortable. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer was provided. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definetly stay here again.

Fabulous stay. Clean and comfy. Super friendly staff. They go the extra mile on service which is a rare treat these days. Great breakfast too!

Amazing and welcoming staff. However, the. Second day they started fixing the alarm system and it was going on and off from 4am and didn’t stop until 12am. Disrupted my sleep since I had to travel the next day.

We have stayed here several times when we come to San Antonio to visit our daughter and family. It is consistently clean, the staff is consistently friendly and efficient, and the breakfasts are consistently full of variety and great taste.

Staff was super helpful, property was new, clean and modern. There is no pool. The rooms are too small and without adequate storage for our party of four. There was no were to unpack the bags (dresser, large closet) and not enough space to lay out two suitcases. I’d recommend this hotel for business travelers or a couple, but this isn’t the right hotel for families.
