斯特韋斯特聖貝納迪諾貝酒店(Best Western San Bernardino Hotel)

房間非常乾淨，但在我看來，價格有點高。他們確實有一個健身房，但沒有游泳池。另外，在我住宿期間，他們沒有熱早餐，只有抓斗和鬆餅、蘋果汁、水果杯、麥片，但沒有牛奶。整個地區都非常方便，步行即可到達許多吃飯的地方。高速公路進出匝道距離酒店不到一英里。

Had a hard time sleeping because the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. On top of that, there’s a constant light that flashes all night. I believe it was the smoke or carbon monoxide detector.That didn’t help the sleeping situation.

I was very impressed with the staff. They were wonderful respectful where is safe area I will be staying there more often when I am in town. Definitely recommend this location. Everything is wonderful everything’s new up-to-date.

Ants in the bathroom, price different from booked price, outlets didn’t work. First room was dirty.

The building is new so it’s nice. Parking is extremely limited. If you cannot get a spot, they ask you to park across the freeway in their “partner hotel” that’s about a 20 minute walk. The area is pretty unsafe, so avoid this property. “Full” breakfast is horrible, so think about bringing your own and heat in the provided microwave.

We booked this property for a festival we were attending. The front desk attendant Sergio directed us to available parking options which were next door at a dispensary that had hours of closed gates between specific hours or neighboring properties which were across the freeway because this location only has minimal parking for guests staying as in maybe 10 spots or possibly 15. No where near the amount of spaces per guest. Then when we went to the hotels for options to park they relayed in no form were they associated with the hotel. This is after I asked front desk if I was for sure okay to park there and that I would not be towed. Luckily we drove back to confront him and as we did that someone pulled out of a spot. So we took that and moved on with our night. The breakfast offered wasn’t available so we received Mc Donald’s gift cards from the hotel in exchange. The room was great but if we didn’t get parking or went along with what was advised I’m pretty sure our car would have been towed. Just something to keep in mind.

I called the place to ask if I can do a midnight check in. The Staff was nice to put a note, so I can do a late check in. I wish they have complementary water in the frig. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure is a bit weak compared to the one I have at home. Easy check out. There wasn’t any hot food for breakfast. Just got the muffins and packaged fruits. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great property. Very up to date and modern , rooms are clean !
