聖貝納迪諾Homewood Suites by Hilton(Homewood Suites by Hilton San Bernardino)

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones tienen lo necesario, el lugar es tranquilo y hay parqueo gratuito, lo que me parece muy conveniente. No me agradó mucho que en la recepción no esté una persona las 24 horas, no importa que las puertas estén cerradas pero que alguna persona esté atenta a la llegada de huéspedes para abrirlas.

The hotel is convenient to food and freeway. Upon arrival we got another room with broken dresser drawers. Only the bottom drawer could be used. The towel rack above the toilet was almost coming off, tilting forward so I had to remove the folded towels so they wouldn't fall in the toilet just in case the lid was left open. The towel hanger next to the shower was missing so we hung a couple on the door one and over chairs. Couch cushions were stained and due for a wash. The pull out mattress was due for a swap out as you could feel every spring on it. Breakfast was mediocre this time with soggy scrambled eggs, no chocolate milk for the kiddos or bowls for cereal. Plus was we weren't stuck furthest away from the elevator this time. Normally that's where we're stuck when we book 3rd party.

After a long day of travel, we entered our room to a very bad odor. The top spread was visibly stained. Front desk said they were full and we couldn’t change room. The desk manager went to the room with a maintenance worker and sprayed an air freshener which barely made the room tolerable. To their credit they did a thorough cleaning the next day and replaced the soiled top spread. We thought all was well but the next day our room was neither cleaned nor towels replaced. I had to again visit the front desk to ask for clean towels. We were glad that we only stayed 3 nights. Lessons learned. We stayed here several years ago and were always pleased. How far this hotel has fallen.

This place use to be nice, ive stayed here for years but this last visit was disappointing, the front dest was rude, and unacomidating, short staffed so i couldn't check in until after 5pm, i had no signal on both tvs in my room and of course no staff to check it out, rooms are now run down and so are elevators. I will not be staying here again.

Bathtub drained very slowly. The breakfast items ran out before the end of the serving times and trash cans overflowed outside

My stay was really good, the housemaids didn't bother me and it did not bother me that they cleaned it while i was out. Everyone was friendly

Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast offerings. Felt safe.

The beds were comfortable and lobby areas was great but rooms had an old room odor which was unfortunate. There was a lot of trash by Pool and outside bbq area.

The staff was polite, courteous, and accommodating.
