就是個汽車旅館，環境非常差勁，運氣不好還碰到個神經叨叨的人在房間門口問時間。然後酒店全開放的，隨便誰都可以走到房間門口，在國內簡直無法想象。實在是附近的酒店太貴了才選擇了這家。

一般 空調開着感覺冷 關上又熱 毯子和床之間好像沒有被單 有點擔心衞生問題 這些問題導致我睡眠質量不好 出發時間晚了也沒趕上早餐 沒有電梯 不算是滿意的體驗

Many restaurants around and very near to the NOS center

There was a room deposit of $100.00 that was not mentioned when I made my reservation. I felt sense of humiliation as an 80 yr old to have to wait for a maid to tell the front desk that I left the room in order. As a Retired Military individual I have always insured that whatever facility myself and my family utilize that they leave it in proper condition. This makes me rethink using the facility in the future. If this is common practice, which I have never before experienced it should be included in your website which it was not!! The Staff from Security, housekeeping were excellent. Reception staff had some short comings at arrival! Please free to contact me if you have any comments about my experience.

Wouldn’t allow me to take breakfast to my 86 year old Mom with Alzheimer’s and physical disabilities to our room. She couldn’t walk the distance to the dining room. Wanted tips for cleaning staff, if we liked our room. Said if I took food to my room the guard would write an incident report and I couldn’t stay at a Best Western in the future, well I disobeyed and I got an incident report on me, a 67 year old woman with a voice of unbelief for not accommodating my Mom. Not customer friendly.

My stay was okay-ish. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Only complaint would be that apparently you can not take the complimentary breakfast back to your room. I had the armed guard tell me I couldn’t take food up to my room. Then I talked to the front desk. No where does it state you can’t eat food in your room. In fact in the room there’s a paper stating they will give you breakfast in to-go bags to take inside the room. IDK! Either way! Front desk and armed security didn’t stop me from eating inside my room because that’s ridiculous. Going to handcuff me cuz I’m taking breakfast in my room….plz.

Not happy at all. The key kept getting deactivated. There were multiple holes in the blanket. No comforter or quilt only an additional sheet on top of the blanket. The bottom sheet didt fit right and kept coming off. Horrible lighting couldn't see thst well at night. I saw a bug of some type in the restroom.

Found some cockroaches the last day i was staying there.They appeared to be coming from the sink. I stayed there for 4 nights.The staff and everyone who works there is very kind and caring.

After we arrived we found out room to be dirty, our phone and tv did not work, and after we notified front desk staff there was no attempt to remedy the inconveniences

Everything was ok but our fridge didnt work no body did anything about it.and couldnt go swimming the ph levels werent right and the old guy that checked in was rude took almost 2 hours paid online the day was a different day than the day we checked in.im never going back .

I booked a room. Upon check in I was told a deposit had to be made. So I could not stay. Still waiting for refund.

The pictures look nice but the rooms are horrible and smelly. Unsafe looking folks were staying at the hotel.

When i arrived room was trashed. Hotel was very run down compared to the photos. I DID NOT stay there. Will be contacting customer service for a refund. Staff was great

I really liked the place a lot , I would definitely come back again. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable.
