Small hairs all over shower, screaming lady literally until 7 in the morning. I called the front desk they said they dont have security but they'll go up and check, four hours later she was still screaming. I doubt they checked the situation. Would not recommend. I had my two babies with me i didnt sleep all night because i felt ao unsafe.

I didn't like being put in room that was not handicapped assessiable. Was put in double bed when I had reservation for 1 king bed, was told i would have to wait additional two hrs for a king bed if i still wanted one. I asked if i could extend my reservation for another day and was told i would have to cancel courrent reservation and start new since i went through a third party service. I declined and made another reservation at another facility. Would not return to them again.

Brand new room, very clean, no carpet is a plus! Room was on freeway side so unless you like white noise, I’d choose another side. A couple of minor inconveniences (TV not working, shower not working properly, dead ants) but not life altering, the cleanliness overall made it worth it

Super noisy location. We could hear the people above us yelling at 3am. Was conveniently located near highways and a Starbucks. Many food options nearby. Staff was poor. We had two beds and housekeeping only made one 3 out of 4 days of our stay. Left trash. Toilet paper holder broken and ignored. No water available due to a broken water machine. Just very poorly run.

Well chk in was quick altho I think they need to clean rooms better. First of all they are remodeling. I believe discounts for that should have been given,Second They took all carpet out of rooms. They put vinyl floors in and you couldnt walk on floor barefoot. they were not clean. We were there 3 nites and they did not change our linnen on our beds once. Breakfast was ok. Altho, they dont start it till 7 on wkends. we had to ask for towels. I know there trying to upgrade, but you still have to keep rooms clean. I will not be staying there again.

The condition of this hotel is poor even though it is being painted. There are numerous issues with the room including the deadbolt did not work, there is no seal around the door to the room, construction started at 8:00 instead of at 9:00am as the notice on the front desk counter stated. Trash/Recycling pickup is at 5:44am and the banging of the trash dumpsters by the trash truck startles you awake. There are numerous issues with the building including exposed electrical wire and rusting stairwells. The room look like it was refurbished but never finished!

Though they are in the process of working on the property, the place was still a mess; broken plates on stairways for both days, ants in room, my feet were black from walking to the sink and bathroom twice and other guests were running and screaming by our room at 10:30 at night. Even the workmanship of what was being done was horrible, the tub faucet spout was 1/2 inch away from the wall so water had to be running inside the wall, there were strips of drywall missing around the doorframe and what was painted wasn’t even cut in . There was also a musty smell in the room.

Dated hotel with some newer amenities. However if you are trying to sleep, best of luck, location is right next to a freeway on ramp and the door did not have an adequate seal, therefore all night you hear it. Talked to front desk agent and no solution provided. My recommendation would be to NOT stay here.

As soon as I got imto the room I could smell urine , I went and complained and was told that there were no other rooms. I should get a free night or something
