My room was not cleaned. So when I arrived back after midnight I had to make up my own bed, had to ask for clean towels, did not receive clean pillow cases. The trash cans were not emptied. Why pay for a hotel for the convenience of comfort to have to do all of the work myself. I will not be staying with your property ever again.

The receptionist should be very honest to tell me the street parking is free on Sunday and publicó holidays in the city of San Diego, they try to convince me to pay $60 per a day for the “valet parking”. The water unable to flow down from the sink while I use it as very first time, someone needs to come to fix it … the people working in front desk area were NOT friendly at all …

When I arrived there was a big line to check in. Front office was not that professional, upon entering room it smelled like stinky feet. There was a cookie by the door, my black out curtains had holes and the wall next to the ac had all sorts of dirt and dust. I stared wheezing after I turned on the ac because of all the dirt and dust it was blowing. I had to turn it off, it was hard to sleep as the the pillows were flat. There was no pillows or blankets for the pull out couch. The only perk was the breakfast, which I rate 7/10

After being up for more than 24 hours and several thousand miles of flying, we were exhausted. The thought of a warm bed in a quiet room…. We arrived and looked for a place to park on the street and found nothing. At the curb in front of the hotel we were informed, by a very polite young man, that the hotel provided only valet parking at a cost of $60/ day with no in/out privileges. Yes, I was tired and cranky. But I was able to speak civilly to the clerk at the desk - another polite woman who explained that the valet service would be added to the price of the room. We declined to pay what seemed like extortion and a hidden charge. We drove 1+ hour home and slept in our own bed - forfeiting the price of the room. The facilities seemed clean, up to date, and well staffed. The neighborhood outside was… different. Homeless people pushing their carts, camped on the sidewalks. I’d found one parking space a block away but felt disinclined to park in someone’s “living room”. Be aware.

El hotel está muy bien ubicada casi, sin embargo, no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, y el que tiene, te cobran 60 dólares por noche, lo cual es exagerado. No hay bell boy ni nadie quien te ayude a cargar tu equipaje, el desayuno, aún incluido, es raquítico.

台所設備として電子レンジ、大型冷蔵庫、IHコンロ、食器洗浄機があります。また、風呂にはバスタブもあります。部屋は広く清潔です。コインランドリーがホテルの3階にあるので便利です（洗濯＝3ドル、乾燥＝3ドル）。 ただ、人手不足の影響なのか、室内清掃が2日に一度だったのが残念です。
