The room layout and location of the hotel is great for short-extended stays. Staff is friendly and the public space is cosy. However, the room is in need of some TLC. The bed was comfortable however the air condition system is very loud in the bedroom, and the bath smells like urine...The dishwasher and hob are old. Overall, still comfortable for non-picky guests.

No hot water

Angel at the front desk was amazing. He was personable and kind. Our family took over a common area to watch football and he offered us plates for our food and was helpful when we had questions. Because of our experience, we would choose this hotel again. Oh, and the room was nice, perfect for our little family and affordable too.

The hotel looks nice from the outside and at first look. The rooms are the issue. That sheets had stains, the drains were clogged, we had ants throughout our room to include the bed, there were stains on the refrigerator, and the room smelled super unpleasant. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the woman who sets up breakfast was extremely kind, sweet and hospitable.

All of the staff members were friendly. Hotel was clean and decorated for Christmas. Only complaint is parking charge of $10/night and a bottle of coke was $4.27! Should have walked across the street to gas station. Oh, and breakfast in morning was very nice.

I like the size of the room. Didn't like the cleanliness of the room main room... couch smelled dirty and stale. The so called free breakfast benefit was very misleading. They only have grab and good food on Sat/Sun and that was a joke. Need to have buffet style on Sat/Sun too or make that known during the booking process.

I stayed here 2 weeks Sometimes the water in bathroom is hot enough, sometimes it doesn’t :(
