空港からの立地が大変に良い、連絡すれば、空港までシャトルバスが迎えに来てくれます。清潔感ある綺麗なホテル。

Our room hadn’t been vacuumed and the shower had a few parts that kept falling off. We also had one nigh where the power was out from 10 pm to 6 pm, so my husband couldn’t use his CPAP machine. Our room was supposed to be serviced by housekeeping every other day, but after three days it still hasn’t been cleaned, and we had been to the beach so we needed new towels. We ultimately had to request housekeeping services and get our own towels and extra toilet paper.

I had a proper rest at work his hotel, staff is super friendly, breakfast is basic but is good. I had a bit of trouble getting food delivered but that plays no role in my great view for the hotel just something to keep in mind if you don’t have a car like I didn’t. Had a view to the marina and the pool, room was cleaned and bed really comfortable, it was a perfect choice for my 1 night layover in San Diego

Very satisfied with the hotel. The services are warm and friendly, and the hotel facilities are clean. Although the breakfast is not many varieties and simple, it is very comprehensive. The lobby provides 24H coffee and hot water. The hotel has an excellent location, only ten minutes away from many attractions. My family and I like this hotel very much and highly recommend it to anyone going to San Diego.

Ok. Clean, newer hotel. Didn’t provide requested housekeeping. Air conditioner was loud and bathroom sink smelled like sewer the entire time. No water pressure in the shower. Charged $15/night for parking that was completely unnecessary given the large parking lot that was never full. Just ok.

Passamos 3 dias nesse hotel, e só posso avaliar positivamente. Atendimento cordial e eficiente, proximo ao aeroporto e das principais regioes da cidade (se voce está de carro!). Proximo está Liberty Station, com varios restaurantes. O quarto estava bem limpo, confortável e com bom tamanho para acomodar 4 pessoas. O café da manhã tem as opcoes basicas de um café americano, mas atende bem. A unica observacao é quanto ao horario do café… chegue cedo ou terá dificuldade em encontrar todas as opcoes. No mais uma excelente opcao custo/beneficio em San Diego.

Excellent location and very easy parking lots of spaces. Good restaurants close by. The front desk staff were excellent. The rooms were great as most Hampton are. The breakfast was average no thrilling items but the standard fare. Would stay here again if visiting San Diego

I'm a local and I am staying at the property to get some work done. It is clean and parking is super easy. It is close to the airport if anyone needs to travel. I see that they also have a shuttle. Free breakfast and spaciousness if why I chose this place. I asked if they have local specials. I will travel here for the future!

Almost everything was perfect. The following should be addressed with housekeeping: the floor in front of the coffee maker was sticky—seemed it wasn’t cleaned well; the anti-slip bath mat for the shower was dirty. Assuming there were no rooms left, I really wish my request to be on the top floor was honored. There was stopping above me late evening and early morning (5:30 am).

Clean, safe, good breakfast. Exercise room was good. Felt way safer than I did when I stayed at a different hotel in downtown San Diego. This one is by the airport, you will hear the planes, it did not bother me. Didn't use the pool, but it looked good.

This is a very nice property. It's newly built and very well laid out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size for the price and the bathroom was large and roomy which we like, the shower has very good water pressure. I'm 6' so it was nice to have a highly mounted shower head. The bed was firm and the bed sheets and blankets were very soft. We slept like babies. The morning breakfast was simple but good for the free breakfast hotels. The staff was on top of replenishing the different offerings. The place is a great place to stay.

The hotel is new and well finished. There were things that need to be fixed 1. The shower dispenses lukewarm water due to its design that limits the shower handle. 2. The bathroom door is barn door style and doesn't have locks which is inconvenient for families. 3. The breakfast area doesn't have adequate seating.

The staff was friendly and maintenance was very responsive to the problems. The electric blackout blind wouldn’t go up. It needed to be charged overnight. This morning it still isn’t working. Found out this morning the plug in the bathroom doesn’t work. So much for a room with a water view of the harbor.

Super close to airport with free shuttle from 6am-10:30pm. Very clean & had 24/7 complimentary coffee, tea, water & hot cocoa in lobby & paper plates & plastic utensils, which came in handy in their snack/microwave area next to check-in counter. Just wish they had 1 more light in our room.
