Ho scelto Palazzo Mottola come struttura deputata per accogliere il mio soggiorno e i miei preparativi durante il matrimonio. Che dire, un luogo da sogno in cui ogni scorcio riempie gli occhi, e poi la cura dei dettagli di ogni camera e la pulizia. Tutto perfetto! Ottima anche la colazione, composta da prodotti genuini e di alta qualità locali. Un ringraziamento speciale poi va a Francesca e Saverio che sono stati incredibili nell'aiutarmi a coordinare tutti i fornitori per i preparativi del grande giorno. Veramente impeccabili e disponibilissimi per tutta la durata del soggiorno!

Cosa dire? Un sogno. Grazie a Francesca e Saverio: conserviamo il loro affetto e presenza nel cuore. Ci hanno consigliato ristoranti e gite splendide, assistendoci sempre. Superba la colazione…più che altro un pranzo: torte dolci e salate, allestimento elegantissimo,grande varietà di frutta e verdura. Il mio top? Torta salata cipolla e tonno e polpette di patate. Un grazie anche a Sebas che ci è venuto a prendere al “Canone”.

!!! Super fantastisch 1-10: 1000!!!!! Alles einwandfrei, vom Frühstück über die Jungs im Front Office bis hin zur wunderbaren Aussicht. Ruhiges und gepflegtes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Superbe emplacement, personnel très sympathique et prêt à répondre à tous les besoins. Très bon petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mer : omelette, gâteaux salés et sucrés, beaucoup de légumes et de fruits... Crème de café vraiment spéciale

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war unglaublich. Der Ausblick des Balkons auf Tropea Beach ist ein absoluter Traum. Auch das Rooftop ist etwas ganz Besonderes wo man super gute Cocktails trinken kann. Das Personal hat uns gefühlt jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Jeder Ausflug , jedes Abendessen, jedes Anliegen wurde für uns gebucht/geplant oder reserviert. Das Zimmer war stets top sauber. Wir haben uns ebenfalls nach anderen Hotels in Tropea angeschaut aber wir konnten kein vergleichbares Hotel finden! Wir wollen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen! Für mich gibt es keinen schöneren Ort in Tropea als im Palazzo Mottola. Wer hier keine Nacht verbringt , der verpasst etwas.

The Structure is a dream! It always feels like being on a boat: you see the sea from the room,during breakfast and at the aperitif from the RoofTop. Too bad about the lack of elevator but the staff always brings your luggage from 9.00 am to 11.00 pm. Very good Martina's cakes, this is the first time I had a plumcake with vegetables--I got the recipe. Thank you very much for everything.

My husband and I were in the Region of Calabria and decided to go to Tropea as we had never been. I booked Palazzo Mottola for just the one day and night as we had plans for the rest of our vacation. Once we got to Tropea and to the hotel I could not just stay the one day and extended our stay to three days two nights. The hotel is beautiful, clean and what makes it a wonderful stay is the staff, so accommodating and friendly. The view from the balcony is spectacular, I’ve travelled to many islands but this beach is by far my favourite. I will return hopefully next year. Thank you for making my vacation a memorable one! A presto !!

Best hotel in Tropea! Very beautiful interior, best view from the balcony at breakfast and fantastic staff! Perfect location and 6 min walk to the beach. The breakfast could be better with more options and more fresh food. Overall good stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice rooms, spectacular view, that‘ s it, no service, boring breakfast ( at least if you don“t have the luck to get one of the 3 tables on the balcony. No way to enter the rooftop terrace, no interest of the stuff to make it possible. We organized drinks from a bar nearby to have them as a sundowner on the balcony, and if you believed or not we haven’t been able to enjoy the sunsets because of dropping water from cleaning the rooftop terrace at sun set time. Who is organising such a horrible service? We got no excuse, no help at departure with the luggage Unbelievable service, our worst experience in a 3 week travelling around Italy trip. How sad for this lovely place

So difficult to describe such a magic experience. A Warm and smiling welcome , a very nice room cleaned twice a day. Paola and analisa always ready to help and give good advices.the view on the rooftop is breathtaking and the breakfast is perfect . We stayed in Tropea a few years ago at Villa Paola - before it got "famous" - and we loved it but agreed it would be better to be right in the Centro Storico if we visited Tropea again. We sought out the hotel we would next stay at - Palazzo Mottola. It was clearly the best hotel within the town back then and suited our needs of dining out every night and use of the beaches rather than a swimming pool. Make sure you get a transfer that is authorised to driving within the Centro Storico otherwise you will get dropped outside and if you have never been before, you will no doubt get lost. We were fine. Through an unassuming door just off the best little piazza (IMO) and you are away from the craziness. Just a simple reception - always prosecco upon arrival and you sit on the little bacony while they process your arrival/room. All three ladies whom we dealt with were amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast is continental unless you ask for cooked items - eggs in many different ways but they will try to please you, even offering to nip out and buy something if they don't have it. I love una torta or pastry for breakfast in Italy so I was content. We did nothing but eat breakfast and sleep there overlooking the most beautiful sea in Europe (we have been to the Seychelles, Maldives, Caribbean etc...). Tropea is best kept a secret - We decided to retire here the last time we were in Tropea, and this visit renewed our desire to! Palazzo Mottola is without a pool, but with an amazing roof top bar. They will arrange a tuk-tuk (amazing experience) to beach clubs/lidos or you can walk. They are so cheap compared to other European beach clubs. PM has limited rooms being boutique, but it has everything you need. The service is impeccable and the friendliness of the staff was second to none. I know we will return, even just to meet the staff again. Absolutely loved every second of our stay. Thank you ladies xx

I stayed only one night because I was travelling to Sicily. I was surprised by history, the sea, the seagulls, from the comfort that I would have extended my staying. Tropea is gorgeous, the Sanctuary is pictoresque, the food is extraordinary (the cost is about €25 per person). A lot of attractions and a lot to visit. The staff is very polite and helpful. Location is perfect. Looks like new, in front of the Med. In Tropea you need to like stairs to go down to the beach and back up.
