I feel extremely regret to book this hotel and I had to check out 1 day earlier and go to another hotel. The hotel condition is just really bad. The location is really bad. It’s not a safe area at all. No way to sleep properly cuz of noise. It’s like you’re sleeping on the street. I swear I am not exaggerating ! The first room they gave me was stinky and room was dripping. So, I had to complain and change the room. The other room was also bad. The A/C stinks. When you turn it on, you have to also open the door. I have read some comments here and booked this property but it was a big mistake. I was staying in Marina area and it was beautiful. Once you left from the hotel, there are many homeless and **********. Btw, you have to visit the reception everyday to change to key cuz it doesn’t work the day after. Plus, you have to inform to reception to clean your room. Otherwise they never come and clean. Big disappoin**ent!!

I went for check in and they said it’s $25 per night parking. But later when my husband checked his card transaction it showed $148. They didn’t tell us about this before. Or why they charged us more?? It’s worst they didn’t refund us the money left. I will never recommend this inn.
