喜歡歷史感的酒店的客人會很喜歡這家酒店的:很富故事性,保養得敢很好,一百年前的富麗堂皇到現在仍感覺到。
可惜人員水平低下,房間有問題時,從不想解決方案,只會打電話過來,冷冰冰的說:「Just to let you know that you cannot get the refund anyway」。
Beautiful grand hotel maintained perfectly! Tom the concierge was superb. Missed a traditional bar at the hotel…only open for coffee in the mornings. Tonga room bar only open wed-Saturday and hotel guests not given priority. Hotel needs to move past the “if you touch the mini bar model”, we were bothered twice with “mini bar queries”. And again at check out, charges were promptly removed but too much obsession for a hotel at this level!
