帕拉蒙特酒店(Perramont Hotel)

I had a better than expected stay here. it was in a good location, and within walking distance to downtown and my conference location. The gentleman at the front desk was really helpful and kind. My room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom outside and toilet was equally very clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

I'm a solo budget traveller (not a young student) who just wants a clean, well-located, quiet, and safe European style hotel, or what the Germans call a Gasthaus. If that's what you are looking for: this is the place for you. If you are looking for an American style hotel with a breakfast buffet, people to carry your luggage, and mints on your bed, this is not the place for you. Some of the bad reviews are obviously written by those types of people. In Europe, shared bathrooms are common. The ones in this hotel are super clean. Every room comes with a clean, modern sink and mirror, with hot water. The walls are a bit thin, but the guests are pretty respectful. The one thing I wish they had was a small common area and a coffee machine. I've stayed at a few places like this in San Francisco and think that overall, this is the best one.

The hotel is very clean and well cared for. The carpet looked new and the walls freshly painted. Nice neighborhood and easy to get around. The manager was very kind with me. I recommend for a budget traveler it had everything I needed

The price was cheap but you definitely get what you pay for with this one. Solid wifi (after restarting router) and decent quality bed, but they didn't run the heat at night so I was really cold. Shows worked okay. I would definitely not take my GF here with me, went on my own, and I don't think I'd go here again. Staff was niceand helpful though

Paint was new, bed wzs clean, window spring was broken (we had to use the trzshbin to keep it open), shower head was broken (which makes the tube no more than a giant bidet), shower window was broken open. Its an hostel, not a hotel. No secured nor any parking lot around. Car got broken into, window smashed.

Great location, nice facilities and lovely staff but unfortunately, the huge downside was that it was crawling with cockroaches, of all sizes. Had to sleep with the lights on to stop them coming out and one morning woke up with one crawling on my arm. That's the only reason I would never stay here again.

I reserved and paid for this room for my young adult stepdaughter for 3 nights. The manager told her he would not give her the room because I was not there. He told her “you can see where the door is,” forcing her to leave, when she had nowhere else to stay in San Francisco at night. I called to discuss it with him and Sam was equally as rude to me. He was unwilling to help us in the situation. And he was unwilling to refund any of the three nights.

Disastrous stay that I cut short and forced the issue of a refund despite severe inconveniences. Between *******'s terrible customer service and serious security and safety risks posed by this property's staff, this is one of the worst "hotel" stays I've ever experienced (btw, it's a hostel not a 2-star hotel -- ******* lies!). I'm filing an official complaint against ******* for contracting with this awful, unsafe property.
