Todo estuvo bien Solo que el valet parking se porto bien mamón y. Asta me sentí discriminado porque. Nos ablo en inglés y después en español Y andaba de malas y lo peor que es latino igual que yo. Pésimo cervicio con los valet parking lo demás estuvo bien ya ni el de la recepción que era un americano intento ablarme español y fue buena persona. No como el valet parking mamon

So we went for one night on a weekend. I get it’s a business hotel but the only way to get ice is to go to the front desk and wait for the one person there to scoop you ice. It’s a 9 story hotel buy some damn ice machines. The room and hotel were fine except for the failed dual pane window that was dogged up and stained. Also, it take nearly 30 minutes to get your car from valet which is mandatory cause they have no parking. Just know before you go that service is minimal. I will point out the free breaks fast was pretty good.

There was a small issue with the valet parking. There were cars into the street waiting and no one was available for about 15 minutes. When I called inside I was told to "get out of my car and leave it blocking the sidewalk and bring my key into the front desk and they will get it later." I refused to leave so I had to wait on someone.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. We were only in town overnight but our stay was great. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and fairly comfortable. It is clear the beds are a little older but we still slept well. Overall a great experience!

There were approximately 10 people standing in line waiting to check in. In walk 4 airline staff, not wanting to wait. They walk up to front of line the guy at counter left the people he was helping to go help these 4. Very unprofessional on all levels.

First of all there was no parking wth is that about? Why would anyone even stay somewhere there isn’t parking at then at night you can hear everything down the hall. The towels smelled funky and the building is soo dim inside. Breakfast tasted weird. Only the fruits and scramble eggs were decent. Over all the experience was bad. Starting with why the hell do I have to pay for parking????
