聖克拉拉雅樂軒酒店(Aloft Santa Clara)

Our Room was leaking from the storm. We mentioned it to hotel staff and they offered to change our room. We proceeded to try 3 additional rooms all of which were severely leaking water onto the desk attached under the window. Room was cold and wet smelling for the trip. Hotel property and ******* refused to help with a refund for these circumstances. We used over 15 towels to keep the water under control.

Always enjoy my stays with the Aloft brand hotels, usually have zero problems and a clean comfortable room. This stay was pretty much the same, only minor problems such as the bedside USB port not working and the bodywash dispenser in the shower being empty. Again minor issues and didn't take away from the stay. Staff was incredibly helpful. Check-in was speedy and room was ready early!

I requested adjoining rooms when I made the reservation and when I checked in. When I got to my room, it was not adjoining rooms. The plug in the bathroom did not work and the lock between the two rooms (which I thought was adjoining) did not rotate, even though it should have. The staff was willing to have me change rooms, however, at that point, I was already unpacked and it would have been inconvenient. Parking was $16.50 seemed unnecessary and high for that area.

There's a bar that closed before 8:30pm. It serves food but not always. We asked to use a microwave to warm up a cup a noodle and was told no where did the hotel have one. Not much close by to find food. Staff was friendly, room was clean.

No internet for stay. Impossible to do business. I am from overseas so using my phone data was my only option. Train horn was absolutely ridiculous for me and my colleagues.

I have used this hotel several times. I come back because of its spaciousness, new modern decor, excellent checkin checkout experience and a quiet neighborhood. Early checkin is possible if they have rooms. That is super cool.

This is the perfect place to stay for a niners game. It’s within walkable distances to the stadium to avoid sitting in traffic. Nice hotel and clean room. Would definitely stay here to go to a game or event at Levi’s stadium.

I stay here every Christmas during my family's holiday party. Love how clean it is, free parking, nice rooms, fair rates, great workers. Thanks!

There were NO washing or drying machines available to the guests. This made things difficult as I had to take time from my vacation to go find a laundromat and wash clothes.
