凱悦樂家洛斯卡沃斯酒店(Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos)

La habitación está un poco desactualizada pero está bien mantenida, sin embargo no recomiendo ir al hotel por que están haciendo remodelaciones y construcciones en varias areas del hotel, inclusive reservé una habitación con vista al mar y justo debajo de mi habitación estaban construyendo un bar, había ruido de martillos y cortadoras de piso de 8 am a 9 pm, hablé a Guest Services para que me cambiaran de habitación y no me lo resolvieron, definitivamente no es un hotel que le importen sus clientes (Les aseguro que solo me responderán que lo sienten y no tendré ningún reembolso o cortesía de su parte). La comida en los buffet es muy buena sin embargo el restaurante italiano es muy pequeño por lo que siempre había esperas de 30min a 1 hora para que nos dieran mesa.

The customer service from arrival to the property to the departure was top tier! The food was amazing in each of the restaurants and we had a great experience in each area. We had an amazing time with water aeorbics, dance contest, foam party, theater and live music. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for making our 25th Sorority Anniversary a hit! Our only areas that need review are the water pressure in the shower, it was really low and i had to turn the nozzel just right to get a steady flow. Also, it would be great to have a diverse mix of music. We were able to get the dj to play a few things and it literally got everyone excited and engaged in the excitement. But overall, we had a great time. Gorgeous property, well kept, maintained and very spacious.

I am 50:50 with this trip. 1. I found out that the hotel is on a ***** of beach that is not swimmable, in fact no one is permitted in the water due to severe currents. The ocean was warmer than the pool. So I made a big mistake not choosing the other beach-Medano, which I had been to a few years prior. The Manager said that it is on their website, however I did not see it. There are photos of the beach, and they provide beach cabanas, therefore, I thought that the Hyatt would be on a regular beach as the photos are shown on the website. So that was very disappointing. 2. There are 7 restaurants with mediocre food at best. They provide shrimp but you have to peel them-even in soup. The food is all Sysco, institutional. Don't go near the Italian one as the gravy/sauce is tomato soup! The buffet is ordinary with average choices. 3. The elevator was broken for 2.5 days in my building and I was on the 7th floor. Had to wait for service elevator. 4. I wasn't able to get into my room the day prior to checking out as they checked me out a day prior! that was very inconvenient. Getting help was ridiculous. Positives: 1. The staff are hardworking. The room and property are very nice. I paid for ocean view and that was worth it. 2. After a complaint at one of the restaurants, the Manager (Victoria) addressed it immediately and was very nice; Pedro in the Asian Restaurant was also very good and accommodating. 3. They do fantastic shows with very professional performers, every night.

The best family friendly resort. My son is 2.5 and he loved all the kid activities. Each day they host a kid craft and the staff were so wonderful and patient and caring with him. Kids Club was such a gift! There’s also plenty of fun for the adults. The tequila tasting was amazing. The music was great and we loved all of the restaurants. Especially Hacienda Grillg

Hyatt Ziva is an all inclusive hotel that is perched on the beach front overlooking the pacific ocean. When we first arrived we were a bit shocked by its dated decor, and when got to our room it was as cold as a fridge freezer (the AC was set to 10c!). After taking one night to settle in we began to grow fond of the hotel, the staff and especially the activities. We had a lot of fun doing aqua aerobics in the pool, and partaking in the pool activities during the day. We loved the social side of joining in the games, especially the beach volleyball! Food was ok, the main buffet restaurant is a bit dark and dingey and the food is average at best.

The qualitty of the food, almost all drinks were prepared with stracts, not natural juice, special restaurants closed on sunday, , my main concern was about the drinks and food in general. My soectarions were higher for your hitel. Sorry. It was average level not as the top that we spect from this hotel
