希爾頓度假俱樂部卡波阿祖爾度假村(Hilton Vacation Club Cabo Azul Los Cabos)

El hotel maravilloso, todo hermoso y muy bien cuidado, los cuartos son espaciosos y con buenas camas y almohadas. Albercas y jacuzzis estupendos. Lo único que d ben mejorar es que algunos de los trabajadores son más amables con los extranjeros que con sus paisanos. Los fogateros increíbles! Amé mi estancia, no quería salir de ese mágico lugar. The property is very clean and fairly friendly staff. What shocked us the most, was the prices at the property and in surrounding areas. We visited the same property last year and the prices were nowhere near the prices that we saw this year. Basically, if you want to pay $40 for 4 cones of ice-cream and $73 for three medium pizzas, then this is your place. The restaurants around the property charge so much when they see tourists, it’s like a feeling of being used. I am not even talking about the prices for activities. Mexico, has gotten so much more expensive that it’s better to spend that money somewhere else.

Outstanding resort. Very clean and well maintained. Upscale decor. Friendly staff all around. Highly recommend! Great location. Close to downtown San Jose Del Cabo where you’ll find the Art District, Great restaurants and shopping. It’s a short cheap bus ride, or taxi/Uber gets you there and back.

Property markets itself on ******* as an All Inclusive, I saved up for this vacation and budgeted accordingly yet when we get there they say they are not. I called Hilton they said it was *******'s error, I call ******* they say it is Hiltons error. Nothing was done on either side for False advertising and ruining a vacation due to not having the funds to enjoy because now I am paying for just a room as opposed to food drinks and a room as advertised. Hilton and ******* are both at fault in my opinion and they should have done the right thing, but did nothing. Way to ruin a vacation I have been waiting to take for 2 years!

Its a Beautiful place Staff is very helpful & Friendly just needs more Restaurant options & Didn't like there's No cash flow everything charged to Room or CC for Drinks only at pool otherwise it was a Fun time had by All families

The Hilton has officially arrived at Cabo Azul. Gone are the days of personal touch. The Hilton has packed in this gem and has failed on customer service. Some rules are enforced while others are not. Drinks are watered down. The gym is way to small. The swim up bar is literally falling apart. No complimentary water upon arrival on Tequila... just a bad image IMO.

Not the same as when was owned by Diamond Resorts. Check in process was a mess as they updated the room types post us booking and thus didnt put us in the room we reserved; didnt find the front desk especially helpful, the pool bar had holes in it and looked run down, main restaurant only open for breakfast one day, and the food at the other restaurant was horrible. We have been coming since 2009 annually and not sure we will come back here. Sad to see changes made by the Hilton.

They don't have the same service as I remember. They don't clean the rooms twice a day. They don't have an extensive menu for room services as they used to. There food prices are ridiculously high. I don't recommend traveling here if you are traveling on a budget.

Un hotel muy lindo, el servicio de recepción y bell boy muy bueno, también de recamarera muy bueno, pero el de el bar tender de la palapa del centro de la alberca principal, muy malo, la atención grosera y con poca actitud de servicio, no anote el nombre pero empleados como él hacen que uno se lleve una no muy buena experiencia.
