聖何塞市中心總統酒店(Hotel Presidente)

We only stayed one night in preparation to catch an early morning flight the next day. I didn't get the overall impression that San Jose would be safe at night for 2 women (we would prob look like easy targets for some of the things the guidebooks warn you about). But our stay here was nice only to be made much better by every single staff member we encountered. So helpful and courteous. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend to a friend traveling through.

We stayed for one night. The location is in the city centre of San José, a walking distance to some of the "must see" sights like the National Theatre of Costa Rica and the National Museum of Costa Rica. Staff were friendly. Make sure to pay a visit to their roof top bar and restaurant, there is not only a great view but the place is really nicely decorated with palm trees and flowers.

Very nice hotel and well place at San Jose despite there isn’t much to do/see in this city. The personnel was very kind. The only room for improvement is the room’s televisions they should either remove them or provide a minimum for a 4 stars hotels. There is only very few local channels with bad image quality and not connected to internet.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is clean, staff are pleasant and it's in an area with many shops and conveniences. However, we really disliked their "No Guests Policy", which is why I cannot give it 5 stars. I understand not allowing overnight guests, but I don't think it's acceptable for a hotel to stop you from having guests in your room for a few hours. As long as you're not damaging the property or being too loud, I think hotels should let you enjoy the room that you paid for as you see fit without enforcing infantilizing policies. They inform you of this policy upon check-in, but at that point what choice do you have, really?

This hotel was in a great location, and we had a very nice large room and an excellent large buffet breakfast. The hotel and our room actually looked better in person than the photos we saw on the website. Given the location and the quality of the hotel and the room and breakfast, the price was not expensive. Would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice hotel in San Jose. Great service. Great breakfast. The terrace restaurant is also excellent. Really nice views. Property is unique. Decor is eclectic. Would definitely stay here again. However would not feel comfortable walking outside at night.

El hotel no llega a dos estrellas por los acabados en las habitaciones, las ventanas nunca puedes evitar que entre luz… el servicio depende de quien te atiende y el checkin fue fatal. No me prestaron metálico aún ofreciendo pagar intereses, para poder pagarle al taxi que no tenía para tarjeta. Nunca había tenido una situación. Hotel no recomendable.

Excellent hôtel bien situé avec restaurant et bar terrasse avec vue. Personnel chaleureux et efficace. Recommandé!

前回と同様に、朝食が美味しい。ロビーに常備しているコーヒーも美味しい。改修している部屋があり騒音振動があったがやむを得ないか。
