陽光午後酒店(Soluxe El Sesteo)

The breakfast was said to be from 7:00-9:00 but was late everyday, first day 20 minutes, second day almost an hour! The lady came in the kitchen 7:05 and really took her time,we were leaving hungry because we had our day planned and the bus came before breakfast. Overall everything was nice,but that really disapointed us. The guy at the reception didn’t understand a word of english so the checking in/out was a little bit harder. But clean hotel and good location.

1. Hotel is in need of complete renovation, we stayed here as part of a tour on our arrival and departure nights- all other hotels we stayed at during the trip were much nicer… perhaps this one was nicer at one point too. 2. Property is in a sketchy area of town, however on a positive note, there is a security guard stationed at the door to lock and unlock the door. 3. Do not put your bags on the carpeted floor, there are tiny bugs that I found crawling all over my suitcase, fortunately it was zipped it tightly - I noticed the couple in the room next door appeared to have a similar issue as they were spraying their duffle bags with “bug repellant” as they were leaving their room. 4. I rarely leave a negative/constructive post - but in this case I would encourage you to explore other hotel options when staying in San Jose CR.
