聖何塞拉薩瓦納希爾頓酒店(Hilton San Jose la Sabana)

The city view was the best part, we got picked up from the hotel for a day tour. Tour guide said we’re in the new buildings area but it’s still unsafe at night so don’t go walking around, but the hotel itself was five to ten minutes from everything else, in the day we did walk around and felt safe, the park is right next to it which was nice to see and of course the stadium, cleanliness and guest services were great accommodating, we had our anniversary dinner at their restaurant and it had great views but service was slow and food was only okay, could’ve/should’ve eaten somewhere else, the best part was the pool on the highest floor, the top four floors were apartments, but the pool is on the highest of their floor, the jacuzzi wasn’t warmed and they warmed us that it wasn’t, but the pool itself was nice to swim in, stayed there for a little over an hour before going to dinner, would definitely go book again

Wow! Staff polite and attentive. Rooms spectacular (saw friends room also as we had separate rooms) Location outstanding with view of the stadium Reception on the 18th floor with spectacular and relaxing view of the mountains and the Estadio Nacional! Would go back just for the hotel!

El lugar es bonito y moderno, reservamos una habitación superior a la estándar con vista al Estadio Nacional en el piso 28… no obstante, no me gusto que no ofrece parqueo y hay pocas amenidades en la habitación (no hay gorras de baño, ni aplicadores, y otras cosas básicas que hoteles de menor calidad y prestigio si ofrecen)

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I was being overcharged several times, sometimes by quite a lot and when I complained they were very friendly and did nothing nothing at all. I would never ever stay in a Hilton again, it is unfortunte, frankly there are other hotels. The swimming lanes did not have railings and I could not use them. what is this? Am I supposed to jump in and how do I get out? That is what I mean, unfortunate, the hotl is beautiful but don;t stay there. Fnd something better

Family trip with young children. Location was fantastic- directly across from La Sabana park and walking distance to many restaurants. Easy to Uber anywhere in San Jose area and to airport. Almost all tour operators will pick up from here. Hotel itself was great-clean and modern, fantastic views from the room which was spacious. Wonderful amenities including a pool on the top floor, good gym. Restaurant in the hotel is excellent but expensive. The only odd thing is that the check in area is on the 18th floor (“sky lobby”) so when you arrive you have to wait for staff to take you up in an elevator. Staff are helpful and friendly.
