聖路易斯海灘度假屋酒店(Hotel San Luis Beach House)

Pior experiência em viagem da vida!!! Hotel não tem nada a ver com as fotos, localização horrível longe do centro e nem táxi quer ir até lá, hotel insalubre, chuveiro cai 3 gotas e nós informaram q não havia água quente, após a chegada de um grupo grande de colombianos aí ligaram a energia e teve água quente ou seja tomamos 3 dias banho c água gelada.Nao respeita silêncio após as 22h, passamos 4 dias sem dormir devido ao som alto de uma festa do grupo de colombianos que ia até 6h da manhã, falamos com o gerente que saiu andando e nos deixou falando. Não recomendo nem para meu inimigo este hotel

La playa es espectacular, muy buen servicio, buenas habitaciones y buena comida. La pasamos delicioso

La playa espectacular, un sueño. Una excelente opción para los que quieren disfrutar de playa paraíso.

Tomar cuidado, pois as fotos são um compliado de todos os hotéis da rede. Todos eles estão na ilha, porém não fazem parte de 1 hotel só. Ficamos no San Luis Place, um pouco mais compactado, não contém piscina e a praia para uso não é muito legal. Porém tinha outro hotel da rede há 10 minutos na praia de Roky Kay, que é uma praia melhor para curtir. O San Luis Place fica num bairro muito bom, restaurantes, mercados e locais para fechar passeios muito próximos. E também a praia de Roky Kay também.

Hotel de ótima localização e muito bom, porém o banho foi frio. O chuveiro com problemas.

limpio, bien atendido ,bonito, excelente desayuno , buen servisio muy bien situado, cerca del centro de la ciudad y en seguida hay un mirador de la ciudad y , eseguida hay unnegocio de comida que atiende la propietaria con comida arabe muy rica

Me gustó las areas comunes, piscina, restaurante, playa, y no me gustó los cuartos, parecen de motel

Hotel is old and everything is broken. Worst service ever!

This hotel is located on the best beach of the island. It has a nice structure and a very good chef in the kitchen. Unfortunately it is a text book example of how NOT to run a hotel. The receptionist is just about the unfriendliest person on earth who does not know how to smile or great. The waiters at breakfast are permanently on the phone while buffet items run out or coffee cups are empty. The manager is non-existent, during our entire stay he was nowehre to be seen, does not answer the phone and does not read his whatsapp messages. When finally we got a hold of him we found out that he does not speak English at all. Unfortunately we also found out the hard way that most of the rooms seem to have problems with hot water meaning that for 2 days in a row we had to take cold showers until we insisted to change rooms. No one cared, no one took care of the issue and no one showed any sing of trying to compensate us. Not even a bottle of water we got, not even an apology. For the prices charged warm water must be "included" in the rate and not be an optional feature like we were told. Too bad, the location is amazing but staff and non - existent management make this place a really bad experience. Be warned if you go there, nobody cares and there is no hot water!
