優點：大堂很漂亮，洋氣，寬敞，工作人員服務態度好。
Bar 的裝飾比較有趣！
缺點：
房間小，整個美西最貴的房間就是這裏，房間卻是最小的。
窗簾不能關！這個設計真的太好笑了吧！！！！
空調有問題，不能制熱，所有按鈕都沒有用！
房間電話無法撥打到Guest service！

The hotel is situated with room windows that are ON the bar patio. People were partying outside our window until 3:30 AM. The bar closes at 11. Tried to call the front desk, but the phone did not work. Tried from my phone and no answer. Finally had to ask the group to leave. When we told the front desk in the morning, they said they could not control people being on that patio, but that they would let the night crew know. Did not stay our second night, and of course lost that money.

This hotel was so pleasant and the staff was super friendly. The room was decorated with nice photos and the place was very cozy. Also I loved the restaurant and great service.

The Kinney is a great place if you're traveling with children. We arrived early in the morning/late (2am) at night and were extremely tired. The front agent Hamed was so kind and made us feel welcome. We felt terrible for disturbing our neighbors going in and out and our baby crying the rest of the morning until she fell asleep. (Weve had worse but we felt bad for the other guests). Nevertheless the Kinney assured us we were ok and not to worry. That made us feel as ease because others are not so kind to us when traveling with our children.

Nice hotel that has a “Dorm” vibe. The beds are hard and fir three nights, we didn’t sleep well. The gaming area was fun. A large group of firemen were in town for a wedding and we enjoyed the common areas.

SLO is a charming town but unfortunately this hotel missed the memo. For the price point, we were expecting a boutique hotel with nice amenities but this was not it. Everything was super outdated from bathroom to electronics (there was an MP3 alarm clock 😄). And there wasn’t any sign that there were available water stations available but you could purchase a Voss for $3 a piece or Dasani for $2.

I can’t believe that they advertise having a beer/wine tap wall when it doesn’t even work. The bartenders had just started working there and did not have any drinks in stock. Everything we would ask for was out. So poorly ran. They kept saying “our manager will be back from break soon” and never came back for the 2 hours we were there.

My friend and I stayed here for a girls get away week-end. The hotels large fire pits was a perfect spot to sit and sip on some wine while chatting about our outings to Solvang and Madonna Inn.
