聖馬科斯萬怡酒店(Courtyard San Marcos)

The staff members were rude when I was trying to express my frustration with parking and noise. The property hosted an event with a Dj that literally made the walls shake in our second story room. When I called because I assumed the noise was coming from a room I was met with attitude and was told to just deal with it. With the event came no parking. Our options were to park on the back side of the neighboring hotel or to park in the street that had no street lights or security. When I asked what happens if something happens to my car I was told “I’m a front desk worker I don’t know what you want from me.” This was just mine and my husbands experience this doesn’t even include the 5 other rooms that were booked for the people I attended a wedding with. There are plenty of other options in the San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Seguin area I would save my money and not stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. Honestly I’m probably would avoid anything by Marriott if that is the way they train their employees to handle concerns of paying customers.

Customer service was not great. The bistro both night and morning shift were not nice at all the night shift worker literally said I’m usually a b but right now I’m being nice while giving attitude about making fries. Before check out the maid knocked twice starting 30 minutes before check out . Basically making us feel rushed to leave.

Es un hotel agradable, con habitaciones amplias, almohadas y colchón no adecuados para mi, baño sin pañuelos faciales, crema de cuerpo y papel sanitario empezado por huéspedes anteriores, cosas que posiblemente hubiera requerido y cambiado el personal del hotel. En temporadas altas encontrarás falta de estacionamiento, Sugerencias: facilitar a hoteles.com mas tipo de habitaciones (que son más amplias) ya que si cuentan con ese tipo

Toda la estadia estuvo fantastica, el hotel esta excelente y en una ubicación maravillosa. No hay comentarios negativos

la cercanía con las tiendas. no me gustó que el servicio de limpieza fuera cada 3 días y el día que tocó no sacaron la basura

Siempre que vamos de compras a San marcos nos hospedamos ahí es un hotel bastante cómodo, limpio gente amable y justo frente a los outlets!

Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Las regaderas no funcionan, el control de la tele no funcionaba, la bañera tenía un tubo despegado… terrible
