Petriolo別墅(Villa Petriolo)

This hotel is picture perfect of everything I wanted for Tuscany. Over looking the hills and quiet serene countryside. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and nice. They built a new spa that is very nice. The massage was decent not great. the amenities were very relaxing. Although they said the pool was heated. It was not. They built new rooms near the spa that look stunning. At the time of the year I went there was only two restaurants open. The Tuscan one was pretty good. Certain dishes were fantastic certain dishes were not. The Michelin star restaurant was not my taste but I enjoyed the experience but I did not enjoy the food or the price. I did a pizza and pasta cooking class and it was average. I think they can do a lot more with it considering the price point. I would not do it again nor recommend it. The downfall to this lovely hotel is transportation. I recommend renting a car if you’re staying here because you’re limited to the hotel driver which the price is very expensive. Or a taxi. They do call the taxi for you however the taxi fair starts when they are called and wherever they are called from. Overall I would recommend it and it’s very relaxing. I would also recommend coming during the warmer months to enjoy the pool amenities.

This Tuscan villa is perfect for a short stay and very suitable for families with young children. Amazing property in the midst of farms and vineyards. Beautiful sunset and sunrise views. If you are seeking a Tuscan villa experience and are not budget conscious, highly recommend Villa Petriolo. Italian cooking classes, yoga, cycling etc. are offered. Great stay for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy Tuscany's beauty and charm.

Nonostante la pioggia trovata per quasi tutto il week end di Pasqua, Villa Petriolo offre un ambiente e soluzioni da far dimenticare pure il clima avverso. Stanze curate nei minimi dettagli, qualità del ristorante ( osteria Golpaja ) altissima, ambienti esterni accoglienti con vista sulle colline toscane. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire a pieno della zona piscina, anch’essa esteticamente perfetta. Consigliato per chi vuole staccare dalla vita caotica e godersi qualche giorno all’insegna del benessere a 360 gradi.

Un rifugio ecosostenibile dove poter trovare pace e tranquillità immersi nelle bellissime colline toscane. Ambienti eleganti perfettamente in simbiosi con il contesto circostante. Camere ampie, arredamento impeccabile e di qualità. Ottimo cibo prevalentemente a km zero. La Spa, ricca di ambienti, nuovissima e molto bella.

We just spent almost three weeks in Italy. Villa Petriolo was hands down our favorite location. The staff was truly amazing. The facility is elegant. The food and wine are the very best of Tuscany. The surrounding grounds take you back to a calmer and better time without crowds or chaos. I would stay at Villa Petriolo again without question. Our five days there were without a doubt my favorite in all of Italy.

Ero già stata un paio di mesi fa in questo agriturismo per un pranzo al ristorante La Golpaja che ne è parte. Avevamo mangiato bene, con una spesa non modesta ma comunque commisurata al servizio, all’ambiente e al cibo. L’ambiente è davvero bello, ristrutturato con cura. Tant’è che abbiamo deciso di tornarci per il pranzo pasquale con amici e parenti che vi hanno anche soggiornato. Il pranzo è stato gradevole, piatti ben cucinati e carne saporita. Una nota: i carciofi di contorno all’ottima pancia di maiale: insipidi e privi di attrattiva.

Villa petriolo and the staff there are AMAZING. We looked forward to seeing Niccolo, the bartender everyday at the pool. Marco was a wonderful instructor for our pizza and pasta making class. Francesca was a wonderful guide on our tour. The views, the food, the drinks, everything is incredible. My biggest compliment would be regarding the food. I have celiac disease, and finding gluten free options can sometimes be tricky. There was a gluten free option for EVERYTHING here, and it was all delicious. I’m still dreaming of the gluten free croissants and focaccia. I cannot wait to go back!

In piena campagna , con personale altamente professionale questa villa medicea offre la possibilità di trascorrere, in camere curate nei minimi particolari, giorni di completo relax da trascorrere tra un bagno in piscina ed una passeggiata nelle belle campagne circostanti. Ottima la ristorazione con prodotti biologici e di loro totale produzione dall’olio al pane dalla carne alle verdure. Colazione veramente di livello elevato. Da ripetere quanto prima.
