鳳凰度假村(The Phoenix Resort)

The Phoenix is our favorite place to stay in San Pedro. We've been for several years in a row and always have a wonderful time. The staff are more like family, they're there year after year. The Phoenix is the perfect place to relax. We don't feel like we have to stay inside the resort all day, but are also perfectly comfortable when we do. The food is terrific and they just make it easy.

Since 2014, The Phoenix has been so phenomenal we've gone eleven times in those ten years! When we go it's like returning to our own little slice of paradise that feels like a home away from home, but with an ocean view!! We love it so much we've brought family and friends who have permanently joined the Phoenix Fan Club with us! In addition to the beauty of the surroundings, it's the staff of the Phoenix that make it unforgettable! Can't wait to return in December -- we're already booked!

From the beginning the staff was very friendly and attentive. They walked us to our room and showed us the amenities. They answered any questions in a friendly manner. Grounds were clean and beautiful. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend it

The Phoenix staff is the best - friendly, helpful, and service oriented. From the front desk to the bar staff and the housekeepers, pleasant and professional. The massages in the spa were wonderful. The drinks at daily happy hour 4-5pm were great and the ceviche and gojuchang wings from Red Ginger poolside are always a delicious treat. The suite (D4) is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean (as is the whole facility). This is our stay here after having a great time a year ago.

The Phoenix Resort is an actual dream! From the time we stepped off the puddle jumper in San Pedro to the time we departed, everything was perfect! Our room was perfect and I appreciated having direct access to filtered water. The location is perfect as beach access is nearby and so many restaurants are close. My kids LOVED the kids club and literally did not want to leave. We spent many afternoons poolside and enjoyed the hospitality. The Phoenix Belize also organized our full day Cave Tubing and Mayan Ruins tour which was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend The Phoenix - we will be back!

The phoenix has very spacious suites with two or three bedrooms. The view from our view is beautiful. The staff at the resort are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. Definitely recommended!
