Elvis was GREAT!! He waited until we arrived and showed us everything. The propellers booked our Roundtrip airport transfer and made it so smooth! We stayed in one of the two bedrooms villas…a lot of space and the ability to have a kitchen was PERFECT! Any time we needed anything from the front office, they immediately took care of us. I love this property and hope to return. Oh and we went fishing one night and chef at the Deck cooked it for us!! Amazing!!

This may have been the best resort experience I've ever had. The staff is exceptional. The facilities outstanding and Belize!

The service and hotel condition was excellent but the condition of the beach area was very disappointing-- you had to walk over concrete that has sand scattered on it to reach a beach that was unusable because it was eroding into the sea and was filled with seaweed. I understand there will be an upgrade this year but it will be too late for me.

It was a rough stay. They kept having power issues. We had no water a couple of nights and my wife got stuck in the elevator.

Wonderful property with great people. The beach is unusable due to seaweed - which smells horrible. Pools were clean as could be. The 6th floor pool is terrific. Rooms were clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Restaurants are excellent.

The ocean view suite was spacious, clean, modern, and overall perfect. We had 3 balconies; one from our bedroom, one from our living room, and a very large/private one looking out over the Caribbean Sea! There is a beautiful full kitchen with huge island, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, oven/range with all cooking utensils. Two massive bathrooms, two very nice/large tvs with all channels. The Belize pro dive center is basically on the property. Golf carts can be delivered right to the property. Little market is a half block from the property.

Great property and stay. No suprises. The dive center onsite is a nice touch too. 30 min walk to town. Staff were all friendly and helpful! Antonio at the mixology bar was legit!
