After a long trip we ordered some room service, We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and specified a few times no chicken and no veggies. The girl on the phone confirmed with us a few times. When the food showed up it had everything inside. We called them to inform what happened and she confirmed that it’s being deducted from our bill. The next morning at checkout we tried confirming and the front desk had no idea , no note was made she even called two managers and they told us that it’s impossible to refund us. Note, this is not about the $$ it’s about saying your going to do something and when it comes down to actually doing it it’s as if they never said anything . Dishonest. Besides for the fact that it’s super overpriced. The fish we ordered had a freezer taste and definitely not worth $30 USD!! Non of the breakfast food was fresh. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!

The staff was fabulous; the food was good. But there is absolutely nothing to do if you have free time and want to relax at the property. The pool is indoor and not a swimming pool at all - which is not obvious from the pictures, and is actually part of the evening's cocktail scene. There is nothing around the hotel complex to do short of walking to the Multiplaza, and no place to simply relax with a good book. As a one or two night business stop, I guess it would be fine, but we were there for a week and it would have been nice to be able to relax around the hotel.

El servicio de recepción y del jefe de recepción fue TERRIBLE . Casi una semana después sigo esperando Que se me devuelva el depósito que se me cobro el día que ingrese a el hotel. Después de innumerables intentos el HOTEL no me ha devuelto el dinero

In general everything was good. The breakfast buffet was a complete one and very good quality. The roof top area is not in the best conditions. It was dirty, disorganized; although it has a spectacular view you could not see ii through the dirty windows. On the other hand, the cocktails were well served. The customer service was excellent.

Una opción conveniente para aloj**** en una zona segura y con buenos restaurantes cerca. Personal amable . Habitación con problemas de mal olor por aguas residuales. Parqueo disponible. No estoy seguro de regresar a este hotel

Excelente Todo, la habitación, super linda, limpia, cómoda. La atención del personal excelente, muy amables, la comida deliciosa

Siempre me quedo en el Hotel; sin embargo esta vez existió los 2 días que estuve un poco de descuido con el aseo y limpieza en la habitación. Podría haber sido mejor.

Excelente! Es la segunda vez en el hotel y nos parece que es Super completo. El restaurante tiene comida variada y rica. Tiene un centro comercial a 5 mins caminando. Muy recomendado.
