Very convenient location close to shopping mall. Staff very polite

We had a great stay at Kaleo. Clean, safe and well situated. Smallish complaint is that hot water for showers is lacking. That, and the property does not accept Bitcoin which is the reason we did not extend much longer. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very small, nice and quiet boutique hotel. The staff isn’t so friendly but I think it had more to do what the language barrier. None of the staff speaks English so you will need to know at least a little Spanish or have a translation app. The cafe there has very limited food and they charge you for EVERYTHING. Any substitutions will be additional even if it’s an even swap out.

Muy buen alojamiento , muy confortable los trabajos muy atentos a todas tus dudas que puedes tener y resolverlo de inmediato cualquier problema . Y la área donde está ubicado muy limpio y cerca de restaurantes .

Me encantó la terraza para desyunar alli. Solo faltó un acceso para personas con capacidades especiales. Por lo demás es un excelente lugar para descansar, aislado del bullicio de la ciudad y el tráfico.

Es un hotel bonito buen ubicado. No obstante, tuve una mala experiencia pues choqué mi vehículo en el parqueo. Personal del hotel me "estaba guiando", pero no me ayudaron como deberían haberlo hecho y choqué mi vehículo en el parqueo adentro del hotel. Recomiendo tener mucho cuidado al usar el estacionamiento interno del hotel. La limpieza de la habitación tampoco era la adecuada, sobre todo del baño.

Personnel was friendly but I had to protest for being assigned a room with a plastic green cover in the window and people working and making noise on the outside. The manager assigned us another room. And that make the difference. Overall service good and friendly, the breakfasts are amazingly good

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. The location is very convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Make sure you use Uber Eats if you’re not leaving the hotel. The room was clean, the water was hot, the towels were thick. I recommend.
