石水生態度假村(Stone Water Eco Resort)

C'est verdoyant, face à la mer un peu loin de tout (mais tout près de l'aeroport). Le repas est excellent et le personnel très gentil. Les cabanes sont belles mais si vous avez mal aux genoux, bien choisir l'emplacement pour eviter les marches.

I had visited resort ***** with my parents and small kid of 2 years, on reaching the reception, the two ladies didn’t respond well and kept us waiting for almost 30 minutes. Later one went for lunch and other had no vlue what to do as she was intern type. Later on forcefully asking. She called helpers to take our luggage and then told we cant get room close to each other as they have ac not working. Instead of looking for some other option other lady came after lunch and started fighting as its technical thing so we cant do anything. Later we asked for refund then they talked yo her higher managemnet and upgraded the room to sea view in which again ac was not working. So we finally did not get rooms close to each other. To mention all the other staff was very friendly and helpful except the reception people. Ac was working very low and its needed much as its next beach but still was ok. Thanks yo staff for rest all things were smooth

Property location was excellent property is old one most of the cottages needs repair, pest control, no intercom staff co operative, towards ocean needs to get one good approach pass way to ocean which is clean n safe, public entry and stray dogs should be stopped, overall good

Both the pools were unhygienic. Not maintained well cudnt evn see d base of d pool. With all moss at d base n around d walls. No towel provision at the pool side. A friend found a glass piece in fried rice, no hair dryers in room. The tv was not functional. Stay not worth for d money spent.

The location is great but none of the amenities are up to the mark. This particular experience is good but not worth the money.

The washroom doors was not closing and the ac was not working. The cleanliness was not upto mark. The staff was friendly and corporative. This is my honest feed back kindly look in to the following.

Every thing is good, location is connected to sea ,food is good and staff is quite good and co operative

Very short stay of 12 hrs but a sweet one. Nyc property overlooking sea in the heart of nature. Amenities are good n food too. Bed linens were old so needed a change
