전체적으로 넓고 깨끗함 숙소 근처에 식당도 많아서 식사하기도 좋음 방이 좀 노후화 되어 기계들이 잘 돌아가지는 않음 짧게 숙박하기에는 상관 없음

Todo el personal fue muy cortés, amable e informado. Todas las mañanas, ponían un buen desayuno que estaba incluido con gofres, gachas de avena con frutas rojas como frambuesas, arándano azules y zarzamoras, buen dafé, huevos revieltos, panes y begueles, zumos/jugos, etc. Todo estaba muy limpio.

My reservations was for 2 queen beds but ended up a king and a sofa bed. The breakfast was trash. One of the elevators wasn't working. There was a long wait for the elevator. The hotel looks outdated. I did not like anything about this hotel.

We stayed a few days earlier and it went very well. The location is 1/2 way between our destinations. This time not so well. This time we were charged a $10 parking fee which was not in listing, last time they gave us waters for all guests in our party but this time only 2, then our TV was not working and had to switch rooms in which I had to go to the desk to get the keys rather then them bringing it to us and nobody was there despite me saying I was coming down. Then I went and got snacks and it was $15 for cookies and a brownie in which I could have gotten at the gas station for $7. I asked them to charge it to the room and when I got up to the room they called and said they don’t have a credit card on file but I had given my card for the parking.The topper was the air wasn’t working in the room and by time I figured it out the kids were all asleep and I was not switching rooms again. Oh and listing says there are in room microwave and there are not.

We stayed for the long President's Day Weekend and were impressed with this property. Our room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was excellent. We were comfortable from when we checked in to when we checked out. The only complaint would be one of the two elevators being broken down for the weekend made for a long wait at times to ride. I am sure that issue is being fixed. Also - be aware that there is a $10 charge each day for parking. Although I see hotels doing this more often, when your hotel is connected to the same parking lot as a restaurant and a Target - is it really fair to charge for parking? But, even with this, we would stay at this hotel again as we were close enough to the airport and downtown and far enough away at the same time!

My six-year-old daughter and I stayed one amazing night at the hotel but we didn't want to leave, She had a cheer competition near by and the hotel was conveniently located near the convention center and all the places we like to eat. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for a visit!

Stayed for 1 night during a road trip. Staff was nice but overpriced for what we got. $200 a night for this place is excessive. Would recommend around the $120-$130 range.

Stay was great, until the hot water went out two minutes into my shower. Not “warm” I mean zero hot water.

This was very nice and convenient. The breakfast was amazing! We would stay her again and highly recommend.
